The worst service you can imagine, first of all I had to slowly repeat my ID number as the agent seems to struggle with numbers, then after I don't even know how many transfers to give me the assistance I need they drop the phone in my ear with no help offered. I can see why I don't bank with them and why I should move my homeloan. They are beyond useless
It's the second time I order something from Takealot and they fail to deliver, my previous order was cancelled by themas they cannot provide what they put on the App and leace the listine there, even puts it on promotion. Now I ordered again an I was told after a week of waiting that sorry there is nothing we can do but wait for their supplier. Poor poor service
So not taking into account that it is almost a norm to always mess up your order or not giving all the items ordered which you pay for you get the worst service ever. I myself used to work at McDonald and know that you can change an order eg. No condiments please. For the last 15 years I always order a Bigmac with the spicy hotsauce, well not anymore at this McDonalds, you can't have your burger amended in any way, not even pay extra for the sauce and have it put on, you take exactly what is on the menu, nothing can me added or removed with an added FU attitude, this was just before 8pm on 27Sept at the McDonalds Brits Drivethru.
Bought a Brand New Suzuki Gixxer 150 for my daughter's 18th last year August. Took delivery, something was wrong they came and collected their faulty bike, wrote it off and sent it back and said sorry your problem, leaving me to pay off something that is in pieces, their fault, in their possession when destroyed, they don't care, they make enough money to tell you it's not their problem.
Okay I don't even know where to start with this company anymore. I went to the Vodacom shop in Brits mall to add a new number to my already multiple-year existing contract with Vodacom and cancel and expiring one. So after hours and hours of struggling to get this done, they now created a brand new account for the new number and left the fiber and the additional cellphone contracts I have on my initial account. Now I get a debit order going off at one amount, receive one invoice for my new number, My other contracts are now now on a different vodacom account and the customer care said I must go back to the "wait in a row for 3 hours" vodacom shop AGAIN and ask them to do what I asked them to do in the first place. They have also not updated any of my addresses and by statements and invoices are exactly as I told them it should not be. Wrong email, wrong address (even after submitting proof of residence), now I have tow accounts, one incorrect or incomplete invoice with different amounts towards what they take from my back account and this is now my problem to fix. I have to go back to that vodashop and plead with them to do what I asked AGAIN
I have bought a vehicle from WeBuyCars in September and have been sending emails and messages to the sales person and the finance department regarding my roadworthy, I have paid the required R2200.00 but doesn't matter if I send messages or emails they just don't come back to me and it's been over a month later
Okay so another month has passed with still no response from FNB regarding the account that I have been paying for over a decade without missing a single payment, interest again added and I owe more than double that I borrowed in the beginning, then to top it of the company 'Capital data' sends me reminders that I have been handed over to them for this debt to be paid and my ICT score gets affected by FNB who just does not care about their customers. This is by far the worst service imaginable from a bank and then prides themselves in customer service and if it was just a few bucks it would have not made such a big difference but it is a massive amount
Worst experience ever had with them after almost being with FNB for 2 decades, I have been sending multiple emails, premier banking can't help (don't know why I am paying for this) the amount of call I made just to be told send an email is unacceptable, then when they do answer with the most ******* generic answer and does not help me at all I get a message that they will not help me and I should send an email to the mail address that never answers. I'll be looking at changing banks with this extreme bad service received
The worst possible customer experience from RAM couriers Rustenburg. Parcel to be delivered to me never delivered, driver not getting the correct instructions from the office, after many calls to get the delivery done, the driver puts the phone down in your ear and the Rustenburg Branch stops answering my calls and head office phones just to tell me they can do nothing and basically don't care. they will send it back and the order will be cancelled which was late in the first place as they don't know what they really need to to or where to deliver. If you ever want to use any courier, use any but RAM (especially Rustenburg).
Again the worst service you can get from any service provider. I was upgraded again by a telemarketer from Vodacom rewards and just as per my previous 7 complaints again they cannot deliver in time, this time I am cancelling as they promise but never deliver. I am done, I was just *****ed over and over by them, they stole 4 months of money without delivery the first time and now again doing exactly the same,
