I have a 50mbs home internet package with Vodacom I'm finding the speeds slow and wanted to upgrade my package to a 100mbs line, Vodacom is saying it's not possible to upgrade my package I mean what the hell I'm willing to give them more money but they don't want to upgrade me what terrible business is this.They keep giving me the excuse we can't upgrade you only in November 2027 this is absolutely nonsense I must sit with slow internet for nothing
I purchased a Pure Pleasure electric blanket on Takealot and it is faulty. I contacted customer services and a courier company collected the defective item. Today I received an email stating the fault was due to the way I installed the blanket and they will not be repairing it. I followed the instructions exactly as specified this is just an excuse for an inferior product. Do Not waste your money buy another brand this company will find any excuse to not acknowledge your warranty
Never purchase a product from this company , my electric blanket stopped working after a few months and they are refusing to fix it. They blamed the faulty blanket on the way I installed it , I followed the instructions meticulously. They use any excuse not to repair their inferior product. I will never buy another product from this company
Absolutely horrible service , I placed an order in October with Lameck for a couch and headboard . I paid the amount in full # INV-005167 they promised the order would be delivered first week of December , I have tried emailing them , calling them no one gets back to you. My next step of action is to go to the showroom and demand my money back if that fails I will have to get lawyers involved For a Muslim owned company this is extremely disappointing.
<p>PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE Horrible service ,I took my car in on monday , it needed the gearbox to be fixed , wheel alignment done and a noise from the tires checked , they did not answer the phones on monday I eventually got hold of them at 5pm they said they will send a driver to pick me up 15 min later they called to say they cant send a drive so i took an uber. Got to th garage to find my gearbox was fixed the other two issues were not ( its fine gearbox does take time) so I took my car back the next day as discussed. I phoned at 1pm to find out the status of my car . I was told my car was not checked in and they had no record of it being there.They phoned me back an hour later to tell me they have my car and they going to do work on it.I collected my car at 5 pm the noise from the tires is still there , wheel alignment was definitely not done and they charged me R280 the car still pulls to the left.Whats worse is they drained all the oil and did not replace it.I got a warning that the car is low on oil , took it to a petrol station its completely empty. This morning while driving the car I got a tire warning so they definitely messed something up there.Im really angry but I will not take it back as they will mess something else up ill rather pay again at another place to have the wheel alignment done</p>
