Hello,Peter is a money making sham , you have to pay to answer five star reviews , if you do not answer you get penalized . Even by paying them R 800 a month I cannot respond to all the five star reviews of my company , and I’m told I need to prescribe at a higher fee to answer customers that gave my company FIVE STAR REVIEWS , if I don’t I get penalized . Customer service is non existent , so all it really is a platform to exhort money from clients . Just look how many bad reviews Hellopeter has against them , and this is a company that is supposed to stand for superior service . I own a company with more than 4000 verified 5 star Google reviews between branches with a 5 star average , in my industry it’s best in the country , but my service levels does not reflect accurately on HP as I’m not prepared to pay more than the R 800 per month which is currently exhorted from me . Be interesting to see their response to my review
Been using them for approximately 20 years , and I warned that I was going to move to another broker several times , and I should have long ago . When I have a claim once in a blue moon there is not follow up , a week after my vehicle was handed in at the PANELBEATER , there is still no authorization by the insurer , so I have to follow up and double check everything. Previously they advised me to change from SANTAM who I’ve been with for ever a who I was happy with to HOLLARD where I had big headaches . They also neglect to do the 20 000 000 public liability cover for my company when they moved me back to SANTAM , which could have been disastrous if something happened in the approximate 18 months when I did not have cover . They’ve had more than enough chances and I’m fed up with them
I tried to make a payment to staff on month end and kept on getting a message that there is an unsuspected error . As it got later and my port staff did not get paid out of frustration I called the customer service number . They asked a couple of questions like I’d no and band account number to verify me which I fully understand , however the last I failed about having an overdraft on my personal account which I’ve NEVER ASKED for but only realized afterwards the bank loaded it for me as I’m a good customer . Because if this they won’t assist and tell me I must go I o the bank tomorrow, how we it’s now Friday night 8:00 on month end and some of my staff have not been paid because of bank’s incompetence.
