In November 2022 I requested a settlement amount and I paid it in full. Now am blacklisted for some reason. I tried to call them, by they just give other numbers to call or direct you to another department, with NO HELP STILL. I have send my query to the email adress provided by one of the useless agents also, but with no response. This company is in partnership with Sanlam loans and it's clear that they wana give loans but their after service is up to ****, to say least.
I opened an account woth Netstar on 11 April 2023. I received an email and an text message confirming the application has been successful. The messages also promised that a consultant will contact me within 24 hours to arrange for the fitment of the unit. Today is 25 April 2023, up to today no arrangements has been made what so ever. No communication, nothing. Clearly the employees just work for their salary and nothing else. No client service to complain about for there is no service at all. I would be ashamed to be part of this useless company and it service! **** to say the least!
I went over from prepaid to contract. Since then, 99% of the time I am inable to make or receive calls. Sms and data works well. My wife called Vodacom numrous times, I am sure more than 10. Everytime the so called agents, do something but can't get it fixed. Saturday a lady called me on my MTN line to try to sort out the matter, she was so rude and u professional. Was still talking then she hang up the call. We asked Vodacom to cancel the contract, we will pay the balance, they refuse but they can't sort out the issue. It is unprofessional and unfair to pay for something I can't use and the agents just sit there to receive their salary at the end of the month.
Received text message a week ago about pension money that will be paid out within 48 hours. After 7 days still nothing. They are also not answering me emails. **** service!
Up to **** service with water supply to Belfast town. There is numerous days we can't bath due to insufficient pressure and water. It happens every week more than once and carries on for days without end. One time there were no water for approximately ten days! Pathetic
I have purchased a Samsung Tablet online through Makro online website. On 8 Nov 2019 I received a text message stating the parcel was handed to the courier. On 11 Nov 2019 I phoned the courier which didn't receive it so after numerous calls to Makro to try to resolve the matter and all the agents promising to call back, but doesn't except one, the courier still haven't received the parcel even after a lady phoned me at 12h25 telling me the parcel was handed to the courier. Makro personnel is all full of lies and none of them is able to give answers and therefore not able to the job they getting paid for. Absolute pathetic experience never to be used again!
The worst service ever! They called me to renew my agreement, promised to send the new agreement which never happened. I called again, frustrated, they promise to sort it out and call back, never happened. Finally I got them to update the details and asked for the certificate for proof of installation, they encountered a problem with the unit not working and a service request was logged, the technicians came and "fixed" the unit, still no certificate. Called again today to find out the unit is still not working! Told them to cancel my subscription and take out the unit from my vehicle. Absolutely useless!!!!!
