I've had bad experiences before but never to this level. Petgeez are the worst and unashamedly so. I wonder how come they are still in business. I mean at this level of customer service no one with a sane mind should be patronizing them. At you wouldn't even get order confirmation, but now it is automated and that's were it ends. You'll have to ask, but then calls never get answered, and wattsap messages gets opened after 24hours. Refunds take 48hours if at all. Shooo!
I've been using them for a while without problems, and suddenly my order didn't arrive as promised. I contacted the help center 3 times and 3 times the agents promised to escalate. 3 days later I received email let me know that a cancelation request was approved. I'm still waiting 4 days after and I spent more buying small packets of dog food while waiting. Horrible experience. Never again!
Placed order 13:01, got despatch confirmation at 16:13. At 17:40 order arrived 🙌. Way over performance. I do not think, they will do better than that. Thanks for a great service for first time buyer. The discount was also great.
I placed and paid for order of Dogfood and uptill now it shows as processing on their website. I have not received email confirmation and their only contact (which should have been red flag that I missed) is wattsap and they are not responding.
Worst customer service agents I've come across. The agents are clueless about subjects they they respond to, and upon escalating, it does not get any better.

Recharged for R100 via my bank, and never received airtime, checked with the bank the following day, and they confirmed that they sent it successfully and that I should check with vodacom. Customer services confirmed the recharge, but said it was used up within hours on internet. They do not want to check further. Usage on the Vodacom app for the period is a mere 1.35MB. They cannot explain, and insist their system is right.
I lodged a loss of income claim in October, when I followed up a month later, I was told that they could not find my e-mail, I then forwarded same mail to Lucia Mkhize, 2 weeks later they told me it was with the assessors. I was advised to send a mail to Fatima Ebrahim for escalation, which I did, and still no response, not even an acknowledgement of receipt, and yet they keep on deducting premiums. What a scam!
They improved 200% up till 2019, now they have deteriorated 300%. The accounts department is not reachable, and the customer care is useless and they are the only reachable department.........well till last week, because now they are unreachable. I try to top up recharge, and the voucher is rejected, try internet banking recharge it is returned after trying 3 times. Fortunately I also have MTN else I'd be doomed.
Vox is pathetic! I've been having billing problems for months that no one could help to a point where I have given up. I have signed for a 50Mbps fibre line, and I have never been able to get the correct speed since day one (it fluctuates between 27 Mbps to less than 1Mbps). They keep escalating and no improvement.
