Edgars are experts in dishing out *** service, a simple request turns into a million emails sent from one address to the next. I requested that they close my account and refund me back the money they debited , after 2weeks I'm still sending emails to different email addresses trying to solve one simple simple thing. Your sevice is extremely bad , you know how to make one regret why they even opened an account with you.
I am extremely frustrated with the handling of this matter. I made a transaction with Pick n Pay, which I cancelled on my side. On my banking profile, the transaction shows that the funds were reserved and did not go through. When I first contacted Standard Bank, I was advised to wait 5 working days for the funds to be released. I have now waited the required time, but I am being told a different story that the bank must now contact Pick n Pay and that it will take another 10 business days. Pick n Pay has already confirmed that they released the funds back to my account, so I do not understand why I am being taken from pillar to post for a transaction that was cancelled. Please can this matter be resolved urgently and the reserved funds released to my account immediately, or provide a clear explanation as to why this has not yet been done.
I am requesting the immediate release of my refund for the cancelled order. The order was cancelled within the allowed time, and the funds should already be reflecting in my account. This is the second time I am experiencing this issue with Pick n Pay. The first time, I was informed that the funds would be released back into my account, but they never reflected. I did not pursue the matter further at the time because it was a small amount. However, this time the amount is R962, and it is unacceptable that my money has still not been returned. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately and the funds to be released back into my account without any further delays.
I placed my order on pick n pay asap protea glen then three hours later my order has been scheduled to get delivered the following day. Why accept my order and make me wait for three hours if you know you not going to deliver on that day. Nothing goes accordingly with pick n pay protea glen, *** service while I could have made other alternatives.
I bucket regret opening this account because I'm now paying for subscriptions every month for the amount of R179 I never subscribed too. Please close my account then I'll pay the remaining balance because it's clear that I'll bucket get my high blood up every month.

I'll never ever trust employees working for FNB. I nearly got ****med from my credit card close to R50 000 money got transfered to my debit card without my knowledge and an FNB website sending me a message with a legit FNB website telling me if I don't authenticate my card with an OTP pin it will get discontinued and having people calling me, where do they get my numbers if not from the people working at FNB sharing our information and conducting ****s. I am ****ed, one is never safe!!!!
I'm so disappointed with Standard Bank, weeks back I downgraded my account and there was an issue with it since my sister has started banking with standard bank and she's working for the government. After the downgrade today my sister has not been paid because Musiiwa Mudau blocked my sister's account and her salary bounced back. I don't understand why would one block a new account suspecting it of fraud. An account that has not worked before and there's no money what so ever that came in to suspect it of fraud. Standard Bank you really have lost your minds!!!! Now my sister hasn't been paid for your Incompetency let alone the debit orders that will bounce back because of this Mudau person!!!!
I cancelled the contract with you as I was told I can do so at anytime and you collected your router now all of a sudden I’m getting a debit order of R2697.00 out of no where. Please delete my account numbers and I regret the day I decided to use your services!!!!! It has nothing but the worst service from the get go!
