Pls beware when buying chicken at KFC Goodwood. We bought our grandson chicken and it was infested with maggots. When confronting the manager she started laughing. Is this the service they render to the public. It's totally a disgrace and we won't be at any KFC soon. I have the videoclip on my phone pity I couldn't upload it.
We just placed a order with fishaways n1 city for a hake pot. The promo shows buy 1 get 1 free. We place the order for 3 and they deliver 3. So what happened to the other 3. Is this false advertising.. Buying 1 and get 1 free. My understanding we bout 3 so it's supposed to be 6. As per they promo ad. Just a pity I can't upload the promo
I was last week saterday in **** and bull n1 city. Bought 3 packs cigarettes and 2 jet flame clipper lighters. The 1 lighter is problematic and decided to return the faulty lighter. I did not receive a invoice on purchase and on my return of the lighter the did not want to exchange although I offered to pay in the difference. I am a regualer client of them and out of anger I told them they can have the faulty lighter and left. They did not even try to assist.. I will never return there again. Disappointed.
I am a excsisting client. From last week wednesday I have been phoning in to adt control room spoke to maryke. Today I phoned in spoke to Geraldine it's tuesday almost a week later. I have requested to signage boards for my home as they got damaged all the occasions they told me they would deliver. Up until now nothing at all. I've sent 2 emails no reply. We do not see adt patrolling our street at all. I've phoned in earlier again to ask them whats happening. Spoke to Mandla said he will see what he can do. Is this the way adt treats there clients. For a simple thing like to drop off signage boards I offered to put it up self and to collect. Please advise. Should I just terminate there services and move to another company that would look after there clients. I am really not impressed with all these lies as they said it would be sorted. Why pay for a company that you dnt even see although they across the road from us.
Excellent service from the 2 girls at reception till Alan the optometrist. The time they spent with me and explaining everything was excellent. They new exactly what to do and everything was punctual. Keep up the great work. I will certainly be back and will recommend your service to all I know thank you. The specs are really great
This morning we placed our orders and McDonald's viking. What a bad service by the lady that assisted ordered meals and got a burger only. Charged for a latte and received regular coffee. After repeating our self's over and over not sure if that lady was deaf and couldn't make out what she is saying orders totally wrong and didn't even receive a till slip. We had to ask several times for a copy of the slip. This lady needs training asap
We where friday the 16th at dischem n1 city to purchase a walker chair for my mother in law. We were assisted by Mr Lakay and he told us to give our particulars the the lady at the counter. Which we did. They had to buy out from there Claremont branch. We made a turn in store 18th the Sunday. To find out the chair did not arrive as yet and the lady that assisted couldn't find our particulars. They said they would place the order and we should have the chair Wednesday the 20th. We get a call today and get told the chair is damaged. And that's where it ends. We are utterly disappointed by the service as this was a waste of our time.
I stopped with my famaliy. Order 4 streetwise 2 and extra piece with each. We get home 4 street wise two s 1 extra piece chicken and no chips. The staff seemed confused from the ordering point till the collection. I am really not impressed with a half order.
After holding on for 15 minutes for there so called mtn champions . this lady disconnects the phone . I am really not impressed and needed to speak to them . I am utterly disappointed by the service .
Very disapointed. I own a fossil watch and went to sterns n1 city to have my watch battery replaced and 2seconds set. Said it would take 8 weeks to have my watch back. Have to go to fossil canal walk and could wait. When i arrived at fossil they said they can not help me at all and cant send the watch away either. Why are they open and selling to the public if they can not deliver a service. I am ever sorry that i bought this watch now as i have to keep a watch that is not working and they can not assist me. Very disappointed.
