Purchased a box of Vaporesso XROS Series 0.8_ Mesh Pods and ALL of them were defective. This is not the first time it’s happened, and when I went back to the store I purchased it from, I didn’t have the receipt and there was nothing they could do. Understandable. They advised me to call in if this should happen again when I purchased another box, as I explained that I live quite far from the V&A Waterfront branch. The same thing happened with the new box I purchased, the liquid strained right through the brand new pods. I called in and was told that nothing could be done - as I paid in cash. Defective pods pose a serious health threat as the spit back of the liquid goes into a person’s body - as well as leakage in the device itself. The worst part is that the manager, Daniel, told me that he is aware of defective pods and that it’s not the first time someone has complained about this. It’s gravely concerning how defective tobacco products are being circulated through this company.

I'm a chainsmoker since the time of unlabeled warning signs on the tobacco products. As per above mentioned I'd explained myself the difficulty to control the hobby or like many people will say bad habits, and discussing the criteria with the shop, the manager asked me what type of smokes do I purchase and according to the management the smokes are to light causing the problem of myself smoking too much, and obviously obeying the change of buying smokes that's more heavier it unfortunately lead to even more complications whereby I unfortunately smoke more often than with a lighter smoke. What do I do if the smoking industry are not my trade of profession?

1st Complaint. Am extremely upset at how I was treated at your 3 Arts branch today by you staff Kirsten and her accomplice. I called her yesterday telling her that the coils I bought on Sunday gave me a burnt taste , she advised to come to the store and they would exchange it. Today when I went I explained that its strange to me that I would be getting a burnt tastes within 1 week of buying 2 coils which normal last 2 weeks. I am not new to vaping building my own coils and DIY juice. I have been doing this for the last 10 years and know what a burnt coil taste like. She tested the pod on her device and said that she doesn’t taste it and adamant that she will not replace it if she can’t taste it I told her I drove all the way to the store on the pretence that it would be swapped. I told her I bought so many pods and this is the first time I’ve experienced this issue. I told her that I wanted the head office number and that she can’t give it 021 559 8960 on the internet and started talking over me. When I left that store she started laughing at us leaving with the other staff member. I have received the best service from your Blue Route store by an elderly lady than these young rude staffers. 2nd Complaint I bought an Elbar with 18000 puffs and because i want the 18000 puffs i will use the setting that does this and not the turbo setting which i dont like by the way. Things were going great , device reached 56% and it started to taste burnt Took it back and as always, scripted "WE CANT TASTE **** YOU IMAGANING ****" response.Asked for the manager it is two weeks and still not call from manager. STAY AWAY FROM THE DISPOSABLES SO THEIR!!!!!!!!

I was last week saterday in **** and bull n1 city. Bought 3 packs cigarettes and 2 jet flame clipper lighters. The 1 lighter is problematic and decided to return the faulty lighter. I did not receive a invoice on purchase and on my return of the lighter the did not want to exchange although I offered to pay in the difference. I am a regualer client of them and out of anger I told them they can have the faulty lighter and left. They did not even try to assist.. I will never return there again. Disappointed.

I bought a vape at "The **** ñ Bull" shop in N1 city and it stop working in 2 months, then I took it back and they gave me a new one. The vape did the same and I went back. They told me it's the 3rd time I'm coming back and they can't return a item more than twice. And this is my second time going back. It's a Smok Vape Pen V2 (694069566122)

I bought 2 vapengin devices, in less than a week the one's coil started burning. I called the store they said theres nothing that can be done about it. I get its disposable but it shouldn't be like this after a few days if it says it is a 5500 puffer. Just a waste of money and im furious with the response of the consultant. I wasted money on this.

We were booked into this guesthouse for an overnight stay. The rooms are clean and well furnished. My only issue was the non-existent communication whenever there were power outages. We all know the situation with load shedding, I could not understand why the place did not have an electricity back-up system for the rooms. We were in the dark the evening before check out as well as the morning of check out. The bath water was cold from the time we arrived until departure. We resorted to using the basins to wash up. Please look into this as the electricity back-up system seemed to cater for the bar and restaurant only. We would like to stay at the guest house again, but will not until these issues are ironed out.
