Purchased a box of Vaporesso XROS Series 0.8_ Mesh Pods and ALL of them were defective. This is not the first time it’s happened, and when I went back to the store I purchased it from, I didn’t have the receipt and there was nothing they could do. Understandable. They advised me to call in if this should happen again when I purchased another box, as I explained that I live quite far from the V&A Waterfront branch. The same thing happened with the new box I purchased, the liquid strained right through the brand new pods. I called in and was told that nothing could be done - as I paid in cash. Defective pods pose a serious health threat as the spit back of the liquid goes into a person’s body - as well as leakage in the device itself. The worst part is that the manager, Daniel, told me that he is aware of defective pods and that it’s not the first time someone has complained about this. It’s gravely concerning how defective tobacco products are being circulated through this company.
