Easy to get hold of the customer service and open frequent communication
Good day, Apologies to go via hello peter,been struggling to write a complain on the FNB website.
Hi, I had a HOMELOAN with fnb and I have requested a cancellation which they gave me the settlement amount and the attorneys paid an amount of R922 000.the amount is more that the settlement provided and FNB is supposed to give me the difference. I have been calling and speaking to different people and even the so called private bankers can’t assist me as they keep on saying we will send emails. Just give me the difference because we have paid the settlement amount as provided by you. Thanks
Good day, I hope you’re well I am an FNB customer for quite some time now and I have opened a company called Docile Enterprise which “supposed to be a real estate business. I then approached you (FNB) to assist with funding to purchase buildings from an auction and the answer was: • You do not assist startup companies (which I understand) I then went overs eases, Germany, Qatar, UK etc through investment consultants to look for investors. Which I found one and we agreed on 15 000 000 USD and I provided all the company details. And the transferred the funds and apparently they were in communication with FNB and they were advised that my bank account is not older than six months. Which for it should not be an issue because it is an investment money as long as you do proper investigation to find out if the money was legit or not which we both do not know at the moment and I can only assume it is clean funds. However, none of you contacted me and ask me questions like previously when I receive funds from the US on my personal account, which is the first mistake you did. and the investors recalled the money because they were getting fed up and we agreed on the below. • Either send less money to help me purchase/build properties or • They have to provide me with a standby letter of credit (which I do not have clue on that) Now the reason I writing to hello peter is 1. You do not give any sort of energy when giving more information to startup companies and receiving funds internationally. I sent an email to the so called business bank pregassie Naidoo which she said she does have a clue about the standby letter of credit which I was disappointed because if you do not know who should know because we put our trust in you to assist us. 2. I have an email to [email protected] and [email protected] which I have not received and email and because I need more information on how do I proceed if I am going to get the standby letter of credit(SBLC).Please kindly contact me and give more information as a way of showing you support startup companies.
I have a contract with ABSA vehicle finance which was supposed to end by the end of January 2019. And I have been paying all along through debit order and you decided to cancel my debit by the end of December 2018 which resulted in you not debiting my account end of January and my account is arrears with R 3041.00. Now the funny party is that my account which is in arrears keeps on growing every month why? because you went and calculated a residual without communicating with me at all.Nobody has ever contacted to discuss how I am going to pay the residual.and I do not have a new contract stating that I will make a payment of the residual every month. What I know is is that I am in arrears of R 3041.00 which I will pay with interest by the end of march and that is when I will make arrangements on how I will pay the residual. I do have a right to be called and discuss the residual and how I will pay it,I do have the right to a contract that I need to sign and agree that I will pay this amount every month. I am going to request you to write off what ever the amount you claiming that I owe because I do not know where does it come from and who gave you permission to calculate it with communicating with me. I would gladly appreciate if you can give me a call and I need someone who understand because I tried speaking with the call centre and they do not understand me.
Good day I have requested a paid up letter and it is already 17 days and still no response.
Good day, On the 15th of august 2018 an email was sent to city of Johannesburg to create an account for my newly purchased property. to date i have not received an account statement and this past friday i went to the municipality offices to request a statement and only to find out that i dont actually have an account. Do you want to create an account at your own time and back date? already now i owe 3000 of rates because of you. You provide an email for a reason so that you can read and action not read and ignore.I called the call centre and you make me wait for an hour on phone, Please contact me on ********** 058 Please could you fix this issue ASAP
Good day, I am not sure how you treat your customers whether you check if the business account has money or not.First of all apparently my business account is assigned to an FNB relationship Manager who is difficult to get hold of and when you get hold of her she takes two to three days to respond which unacceptable,so that is why i am asking you if you checking the weight of the account before you can respond. Now on the serious matter on the 27th of august 2018,the was an international transfer to my business account and few days later i sent the proof to FNB forex which they did not provide me with an acknowledgment for the email,I kept on calling and speaking to different people giving me different stories and yesterday i sent four different emails to help speed up the process and only received acknowledgement today with the reference numbers. I need help on tracing the funds and the forex call centre is not helping at all.Can you kindly assist on tracing the amount for docile enterprise so that i can prepare for the auction urgently. To be honest i am not happy with the service if you are not giving the start up companies enough attention and help they need.I am also going to need you assign me a new relationship manager who is easy to get hold of.and if things are going the way you do i am afraid that i will close my business account with you.
