I have been a customer for a few years now. I went to the store and bought a Vuse Go. This is one of their new products on the market stipulated to last 1500 pulls. this only lasted me 5 days of use despite the agent acknowledging that this would last even longer than cartridges. I spoke to the call center and the regional Gugu both of which I found futile and useless. My advice to customers is to find another product and brand. These guys love to make the sale but cannot help when the product does not live up to the stipulated usage instructions. I asked to speak to a gentleman called Wayne Albon, let's see if he values his customers
These guys really suck with customer service. I have many expensive headlights that I use for fishing. Two of them stopped working after a short while. I will never buy from thsi company again... It would be ok if they handles their customer properly. Thankfully cape union mart have so much more to choose from,
I have kitted out my house with furniture from this store thinking that it was somewhat better quality, Everything that I have purchased has issues or has broken from moderate usage. Although these items are out of warranty it is disgusting that prices are so high and quality average. The item in question now is an office chair, it is highly squeaky and it keep self adjusting the height. I think all these guys buy from the same shop in China. Whats worse is the service I tried to call a few stores and cannot even get to speak to a manager and the general sales staff have informed me that they are un-equiped to assist. Tried to track down Michelle one of their regional managers but she seems to be a ghost. Perhaps staff are running as they are too many customer complaints?
I bought a 65inch LG SUHD tv. I bougth the product in Jue of 2017 which makes 2 and a half years old. The TV cost me R20000 which was by no means cheap. I do have an old LG tv that has lasted me long but clearly they make them now only to maximise profits and have you come back in two years to buy another. No wonder hisense has gained 35% market share in this market being taken from LG. Hi sense has a 4 year guarantee much better than LG and 30% cheaper. i escalated to customer services to a Shanice who laughs at my issue, senior managers at this South Korean company do not understand how to improve customer experience today. But hey many of these electronic companies have thought they stood on top of the world and then fallen down and shattered. MY MONEY WILL CERTAINLY ONLY BE ON HISENSE GOING FORWARDS
I purchased an S10 a few months ago. The engine constantly overheats with stock software. I have had the phone wiped so many times but it is a cheap phone being sold as a high end premium device. Well I will certainly look to iPhone next. They are hassle free. Also android auto does it work with Samsung, I see thousands of posts online but no fix from Samsung. Why should be continue to support this brand if there are so many other good alternatives?
I will never buy a Lenovo again. I bought a premium machine from Makro. The product was priced premium but the machine is snail slow due to it being built with cheap components. Tried contacting lenovo head office with no help. From what I have heard manufacturers from these multinational companies do not care too much about the south African customer. This is evident in the product that I have purchased. I will never buy or recommend that anyone buy a lenovo laptop. Its is cheap component at a premium price.
I bought a hydro vac from verimark. Paid around R2200 for it. In my mind this suppose to be a premium product. I read up on verimark on their linkedin website and they talk about being around for over 40 years and ghatbthegbtrybto bring innovation to their products. Clearly from the amount of reviews in hello peter quality is an issue. I tried to take the product back to the store in which I purchased it to be repaired. Had some issues to the motor. The sales guy who attended to me was rude switched the unit in for 20 seconds and told me that there was nothing wrong and rudely sent me away with the machine. I then escalated the matter to sales manager Eugene Ramabu. Midway through my complaint he puts the phone down in my ear. Perhaps you guys at Verimark should train mid level sales staff on how to deal with customers when they have issue. After all it is these customers that build your business. I think Karcher is a better option a buddy of mine has a vacuum from them. Excellent product, service and quality
The service from uber eats is disappointing. They got everything gall tangled up with my order. The driver took cash from me for something he was not supposed to. I will always use order in their service is more efficient.
Called in to confirm my order was verbally abused by a manager called hlengiwe ndebele who was in. I know kfc is a cheap product but does that mean they must hire people that abuse consumers
I bought numerous products from this manufacturer. Had to return there top of the range thermometer as it was not working properly. Now i have two humidifiers, the hot ones electrodes have gotten rusty after a month, clearly this was not built properly. now it humidifies rusty water... i dont know how safe that is.The cold humidifier leaks and I have wooden floors... suppose if i had tiles leaking would still be a problem. I have supported this company alot. But in the future i will shop for the many other brands found in the market.
