If it could be 0....it would. R4000 later....register for the 7 year warranty ....not even one year later it stopped working went back to the place where I bought it Lucky's in Manaba Margate....I need to wait 20 days. For and answer..cause the supplier don't have part ....foe this price I could have bought 12 cheep ones and have one for each day of the year.......this one did not even last a year...and now I still have to struggle for answers

I bought my 4th LedLenser torch for R4750 in 2014, with a lifetime warranty. After 6 years the torch became faulty. I now returned it for repairs and was advised that the torch is discontinued and cannot be repaired. Further they offer me the latest torch for over R6000. What is a lifetime warranty worth if I must replace the item whenever it becomes faulty. I will certainly NEVER buy another LedLenser junk Swiss product!

I bought my 4th LedLenser torch for R4750 in 2014, with a lifetime warranty. After 6 years the torch became faulty. I now returned it for repairs and was advised that the torch is discontinued and cannot be repaired. Further they offer me the latest torch for over R6000. Ledlenser flashlight
We purchased a flashlight Mt18 (3000 lumens) with a 7 year warranty approximately 2 years ago. The one wire's material casing somehow unraveled and one of the three lenses was blown / damaged. It was sent to them for repairs. Not only did theysend us a brand new flashlight but it was the latest model P18R(4500 lumens)! Great service!!!

Led lenser bad service
These guys really suck with customer service. I have many expensive headlights that I use for fishing. Two of them stopped working after a short while. I will never buy from thsi company again... It would be ok if they handles their customer properly. Thankfully cape union mart have so much more to choose from,

LED lenser pathetic warranty
i have purchased several items of LED Lenser and had to return several of them and the only response to date is always battery leakage and non -repairable which in my opinion is utterly rubbish. picked up my items and repaired them myself. there is no service or any type of warranty on these items. will never buy any new LED lenser products again. back up service pathetic and they never replace or repair any of their items.
