R4000 later....register for the 7 year warranty ....not even one year later it stopped working went back to the place where I bought it Lucky's in Manaba Margate....I need to wait 20 days. For and answer..cause the supplier don't have part ....foe this price I could have bought 12 cheep ones and have one for each day of the year.......this one did not even last a year...and now I still have to struggle for answers
So I bought a microwave at Game Shelley Beach KZN in October..returned it Desember..they gave me a new one....today I'm back at game ...with the microwave with the same problem .only now I must wait 14 to 20 days...for them to send it and to see what is the fault.........no guys ...14 to 20 day.....
SO I BOUGHT A BENNET READ MICROWAVE OCTOBER..RETURNED IT DESEMBER AND GOT A NEW ONE....TODAY IM BACK AT GAME ..THE MICROWAVE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS THE PREVIOUS ONE.....BUT NOW THEY CANT GIVE ME A OTHER...I MUST WAIT 14 TO 20 DAYS FOR THEM TO SEND IT TO BENNET......14 TO 20 DAY....HAIBO GUYS.....NOT HAPPY AT ALL
Teneo is definitely not what is was 3 years ago......they are quick to send email after email for payments even before month end and quick to suspend you child for R160......but today is the 23rd January and still my daughter that on the International British year 10 GSCE have not received a textbook list....there excuse....they have challenges and working on it.....
Of there was a 0 it would be 0 .R436.....for sponges...and after you paid and waiting for delivery they say ....no no it's from a 3rd party...then they send you sponges from China town that I could have bought for R50......I AM SOOOO ANGRY .....YOU WILL NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO GET ANYTHING OF YOUR DISHES THE SPONGES ARE USELESS.WISH A COULD POST SOME PHOTOS....
My parcel showed that it's out for delivery, then all of a sudden.....without someone phoning me, it's shows .return....when you write a email .to Buffalo SA ont there website.it comes back answers is Chinese of what ever.......when you use the WhatsApp it keeps giving you the same answer over and over, and you never get hold of a agent..........what is going on at Buffalo Durban
So some wear and tear items on the geyser broke and the geyser overflow.......we contacted Santam on the 17th of June, now keepnin mind this is the only geyser that supply the whole house with warm water, after 3 days nothing, the contactor keep saying they wil contact us, on the 4th day we asked if we can do the repairs ourself, that said yes they will refund us, after a week and a half the contractors came out to replace the geyserand. A WEEK AND A HALF LATER. SO NOW SANTAM SAID THEY NOT GOING TO REFUND ME CAUSE IT WAS WEAR AND TEAR ITEMS, BUT IF THE CONTRACTOR DID NOT TAKE ALMOST 2 WEEKS, THEN I DID NOT HAVE TO DO IT MYSELF, THEY REPLACED THE GEYSER BECAUSE IT WAS OUTDATED!!. I think they must deduct it from the contractor and pay me my money back
Not even worth one star. We've been trying for months to get our money from them that we've overpaid when the contract ended, from one Telkom to the other, there's always something wrong with the system. We then asked if they could give us airtime for the credit on the account so they said NO, the money must be paid over. Months go by, and yesterday the email said.....they don't owe us anything as there was a Immediate Invoice Created, so they don't owe us anything.........So this is how they ***** your money now. Please help me. Cell C send subscription to your phone via message, that you are subscribed to some or other game for R7.50 per day or R2.50 a day and when you phone them and complain that you do t subscribed, then they tell you Cell C subscribed automatically, and that you must phone a number to cancelle is yourself?????? HOW CAN THEY AUTOMATICALLY SUBSCRIBED YOU FOR SOMETHING???????
I have been struggling since January. They delivered my sons desk - damaged. so after many many emails, and emails and email.... I received a claim form on 25th April - so I filled it in , send it back on the 11th May.so then again I'm starting with the emails and emails and emails. so finally someone phoned me on the 17th June.....today is the 24 June STILL NO FEEDBACK.
