Disgusting!
It is impossible to speak to anyone to have their mistakes rectified. Their website goes round in circles. They also no longer communicate by Email. Everything is about selling something and no replies to everything. Definitely one of the worst companies in the country! The only thing they do well is overcharge their clients and bungle claims.

They offer good prices and quick delivery.....but their associate All Cargo Services are so bad in clearing the goods through customs that I will not use Temu again.

InkPro disgusting business.
I recently bought a Spectrum Lithium 6 amp/hr battery from InkPro cc for the sum of R899.00. I see that the same battery is available elsewhere for R720.00! The Battery is rated for 6Ah with a maximum continuous discharge of 12 Amps. I app**** the battery to lights drawing 3.2 Amps and the longest the battery has lasted from being fully charged is 56 minutes. Obviously far below standard. I tried to return the battery to InkPro who were not prepared to give me a refund as they claim I had exceeded the manufacturers specifications! After three trips to them, they gave a battery back to me which was not that which I had returned, and they were not prepared to entertain anything further. Definitely a business that I shall never buy anything from again.

I bought my 4th LedLenser torch for R4750 in 2014, with a lifetime warranty. After 6 years the torch became faulty. I now returned it for repairs and was advised that the torch is discontinued and cannot be repaired. Further they offer me the latest torch for over R6000. What is a lifetime warranty worth if I must replace the item whenever it becomes faulty. I will certainly NEVER buy another LedLenser junk Swiss product!
