False promises to contact clients yesterday two weeks on and no response from MWEB over their shambolic spam filter failure They used to be good, but their epic failures on this matter will have me close my account soon

Disastrous Their spam system has failed and I have received countless spurious mails. Phoning them was a disaster 68 minutes to get a trashy reply. They have not responded to my email which I sent a week ago. Spam messages continue unabated
Dreadful back up. 10210 staff unable to privide technical support and after 26mins 15 seconds on a cellular line, I had to abandon the call. Staff do not answer questions posed and dodge the questions. The pretense that they offer client service needs to be exposed. After 50 years as a Telkom client, it's time to find a better service provider. ⅚
Emailed queries get a generic reply. Follow up emails go unanswered. Calls to customer service get evasive, meaningless replies. Requests to speak to a supervisor result in one being told they are out of the office. Incapable of providing me with a suggested revised plan. Numerous calls and emails but they have not given me a meaningful answer. They'll tell HP that they are responding but as they did last week, it'll be a talk shop and no solution.
Weeks and weeks of waiting for Vodacom to revert concerning modifying my contracts. My request should have been attended to within 30 minutes of me contacting them, not several weeks. Leaving a detailed message of what I required dud not help as two agents rang today and neither had a clue what my enquiry was about!
Outage since early today. They failed to be courteous and notify clients This evening they sent a message that claims a few clients had outages....that is not true. Internet searches indicated a major outage. MWeb, contact clients immediately and don't fudge tge story when you contact us. Log a query that might be *****. They don't treat it as urgent and respond several days later asking numerous questions, 90% of which they could answer by reading the message and checking their records. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL...the sender fails to provide his/her name and contact details! Very unprofessional
