Plush Cleaning is a small business contacted by CLC (Claims partner of Ooba Insurance) on 3 February 2025. They requested a quote from us to assist with a client who lodged a claim for water damage to furniture. We agreed to assist. We provided a quote and they requested us to provide the service to the client. We did provide the service on 8 February 2025. The client was satisfied with the service and completed the client satisfaction form as requested by CLC. Several emails was send to make contact with CLC ([email protected] & [email protected]) to make contact regarding the submission of the invoice and customer form. We submitted the invoice and customer form on 11 February 2025 to the above email address and did not receive any feedback. CLC does not respond to our emails. It is impossible to phone their office because you need to hold and hold and hold. As a small business, we need them to settle the invoice for work done and approved by their client.
Poor client service to approve a bond with a 50% deposit from the buyer. Just dragged their feet. No client liason. Their worked is attached to an staff member rather than a system process.

So I did.....now I am unable to reach them and the app that you download for free is not working. Ronald Malamba is not taking my calls and not answering my emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST STEELING MONEY FROM YOU!!!</p>
