I have ordered a car battery booster on the 13 may 2026 and received expected delivery date of 19 to 21 May today is the 21 and nothing has been contacted to me I tried calling to find out about my order and I cannot go through to someone to talk to from Amazon. this is my order number
Mweb upgraded my fibre line without getting confirmation from me. Why was my line upgraded without me, no sms, no email nothing
I am experiencing terrible service from Cell C Traderoute Mall in Lenasia, the manager does not show any empathy towards my query to them. I upgraded my phone on the 8th of September at the Cell C store only to find out a day later that this phone is faulty but since I could not get time off to take it back to them I only got time to take it back to them on 12 September only to find out I am going to stay phoneless and unreachable for up to 7 working days. They do not even offer a loan phone in the mean time that to me is pathetic I am even considering canceling the whole deal and go were I will be valued as a customer who has never skipped payment to Cell C in the 14 years I have been with them. Do they consider that some customers might be using their phones to run their businesses? I will never recommend anyone to use/support that particular store.
I am so disappointed with the service I'm receiving from evotel my fibre has been down Since Wednesday 2 March they sent a technician who does not know his work yesterday and just disappeared after failing to fix my line. Please bear in mind that I am paying for something that is not working, please do let me know if I should shop elsewhere ? My wife and I work from home how do you guys expect us to get our work done on time without internet
I would like to thank Liquid Capital for keeping their word. We never commend good service it's always about bad service this is for the excellent service received for the service plan I have with them.
<p>I logged a claim last year and paid the required excess on 1 December, but since then no communication whatsoever from the people.</p> <p>Everyday its the same thing THEY DO NOT ANSWER CUSTOMERS call.</p>
<p>The call centre agents asked me to hold whilst they escalate my query and the agent just hung up and since then calls are not being answered.</p> <p>It has been 3 weeks since i paid and received a email from ZANDO confirming that they received my payment and till today my order is not delivered yet.</p>
THe staff @ automagic take clients for granted my cars repairs have been postponed by 2 weeks already the job needed to be done on my car is a very small job, they just had to replace rear bootlid, tow bar, rear bumber i mean that alone is a 2 to 3 day job. i dropped the car off there on the 19th February and the problem i have is the fact that this Zameer guy has been lying to me with all the updates that he has been giving me, i only got accurate information after i actually called and spoke to the manager, the date today is 10 March and they postponed their completion date to the 16th how pathetic is that. I WILL NEVER EVER recommend Automagic STRIJDOM PARK to anyone.
