We placed an order for a King bed. The order was placed Mid February, today it’s 5 May, we’re yet to receive the order. The company does not communicate at all and since last week, they no longer respond to emails, calls are not going through and the website is not working as well.
I love Leroy items; I enjoy shopping there. My favorite organized and most productive shops are Greenstone and Fourways. My issue is Leroy Boksburg. Their service level is so poor. Several times I would order items online. 1). It takes too long to collect an order that was ordered online, I've been to this shop to collect items ordered online for more than 10 times, it took minimum 30 minutes, sometimes up to 45 minutes. In the past 7 days alone, this is what I experienced at Boksburg: 1- I bought a floor light online. A wrong color was loaded. I had bought matt black, only to realize I was actually given a silver one when I opened the box at home. 2- I bought tiles inside the shop. When I got to collection point. I waited and waited and after ~25 minutes I was told they don't have the tiles in stock. 3- Last night I bought a different SKU of tiles, of course it shows available in store. I sent my brother to collect the tiles for me this morning. He calls telling me they don't have stock. This I have experienced so many times whereby items show available online and only when I am there to collect, I am told you don't have stock. One time the employee told me some guys do not update inventories on the system that's why you have this issue. You guys need to sort this out. It is so frustrating to take my time driving to the store, rushing to use the material, only to come back home empty needing to make plan B. I actually told my sister that there's a possibility that my brother will not find the tiles and Walla, I was correct. I can no longer buy anything online that shows availability in Boksburg, it's a waste of time.
I ordered a router, changed my mind 2 days later. This was in Dec 25, we’re now in April, I am still getting charged for this. I returned the router 3 days after delivery, I have called many times to confirm cancellation and I am told the deal has been cancelled, however come end of the month I am getting charged.
Sometime in Jan my insurer appointed assess tech to assess my two TV(s) that had stopped functioning. I was told one needs to be replaced, second one got fixed. Assess tech sent both TVs to salvage and they kept lying to me for more than a month that they’re on their way to deliver the tv, it was raining hard so they couldn’t deliver the tv, etc. So many excuses. Today it’s March, I am still waiting. Mind you, no one ever called me. I had to call them more than 20 times following up, then, eventually, yesterday I was informed that my tv was sent to salvage. Every time I called I was promised a call back and never received any. I think insurance companies should rethink doing business with this company.

This site is a ****. I bought a flight ticket on the 3rd of Jan. This morning I see a transaction. I asked my banker to check & I’m told eDreams subscribed me to something I have no idea how I am going to benefit. I haven’t stored any bank details on my profile, however they saved my credit card details.
If you want to have peace of mind and keep your house as beautiful, please use someone else not these guys. Their work is untidy & it seems they used my project to learn how to do their job. 1. they created holes on my floor tiles without even discussing with me, while trying to fit the glass. Why were the measurements not accurate? 2. They took days to come fit despite giving us installation time. From there, they kept postponing 3. When they eventually installed, they worked at night living permanent burn marks on the glass, overall misaligned fittings in several areas. 4. The most unprofessional decision was installing the glass in a way that it serves no purpose whatsoever from a safety standpoint. We need to replace this at some point in the future We called them to come have a look and it’s been 2 months waiting
Gutted to hear that an extra few hundred kms on my Landtrek means I need to pay for the service from my own pocket. The car is brand new, was due for 2500km service and I only had time to take it in this morning at 3000km. Very disappointed with this level of service from Peugeot. I do not see myself recommending a Peugeot to anyone.
I’m a little bit disappointed with the response level from the private clients home loan team. I needed help with something, it’s been weeks with no luck. I made calls several times, get promised a call back but nothing despite sending emails.
