I bought a coffee table from Furniture spot on the 25th March it’s not May 23 haven’t received the coffee table I’ve called them .The phone just ring no answer,Emailed them nothing .Their website doesn’t exist anymore .Its sad that people can **** us our hard earned money in such inflation mind you I’ve been calling them everyday nothing

I ordered furniture pieces to the value of over R5000 back in March. They were never delivered. For those left in the dark, I conducted a CIPC enterprise search after visiting the physical premises today and finding it abandoned. The company is in voluntary liquidation.

I paid for 2 couches from Furniture spot online . They never arrived after 8 weeks so I requested a refund. They said credit was passed but a month later no refund and no response at all from the many emails sent. Has anyone else managed to get a refund and if so how ?? Desray Booysen

Beware of an online furniture business operating under the name Furniturespot. We paid for a TV Cabinet on 15th February 2026 - three months later and we haven't received it. Initially they were professional and responsive; we got messages of the cabinet being on back order. They even offered us a 25% discount on a next piece!!! Now they are not contactable in any way - not by any of the phone numbers, WhatsApp, or their email address. PLEASE also READ FACEBOOK REVIEWS before you consider buying from them - there are many more people who's money has been taken without delivery of the furniture. They certainly are not legit.

Beware of an online furniture business operating under the name Furniturespot. We paid for a TV Cabinet on 15th February 2026 - three months later and we haven't received it. We placed an order for a King bed. The order was placed Mid February, today it’s 5 May, we’re yet to receive the order. The company does not communicate at all and since last week, they no longer respond to emails, calls are not going through and the website is not working as well.
