I am extremely disappointed with my experience involving PayJustNow and a merchant called Furniture Spot. I used PayJustNow to purchase a coffee table from Furniture Spot after seeing the store advertised/available through the platform. I re**** on PayJustNow as a trusted payment facilitator, assuming that merchants on their platform are properly vetted.I used PayJustNow to purchase a coffee table from Furniture Spot after seeing the store advertised/available through the platform. The business has since become unreachable/appears to no longer exist, and I have since discovered that multiple other consumers are reporting similar experiences of non-delivery and suspected *****ulent activity.My complaint is not only against Furniture Spot, but also against PayJustNow for continuing to facilitate transactions for a merchant that is now allegedly linked to widespread consumer complaints and possible ****-related behaviour.As a consumer, I feel misled and unprotected. I trusted the platform to provide some level of merchant screening and consumer protection, yet I have been left financially prejudiced while still liable for payments.
I bought a coffee table from Furniture spot on the 25th March it’s not May 23 haven’t received the coffee table I’ve called them .The phone just ring no answer,Emailed them nothing .Their website doesn’t exist anymore .Its sad that people can **** us our hard earned money in such inflation mind you I’ve been calling them everyday nothing
I am extremely disappointed and LIVID with the service I have received. I purchased tiles in-store on the 7 February 2026 and paid in full on the same day. I was promised delivery on the 10 February 2026. When I followed up on that date, I was informed delivery would take place on 12 February, which did not happen. I contacted the store again and was then told the tiles were not in stock and that delivery would be moved to 14 February. Once again, no delivery was made. On 17 February, I was informed that my order had not been captured on the system by the sales consultant (Nadene, who assisted me. I was then assured that delivery would take place on Friday morning, which also did not happen. Today, I was told the tiles had arrived and that I would receive a call back within two hours to confirm delivery. No confirmation was provided, and when I called them again, staff were unable to give a clear delivery date. This situation has caused serious inconvenience. My home floors are currently left in bare concrete after removing old tiles, and my tiler has been waiting for two weeks due to these delays. The lack of communication, repeated unfulfilled promises, and overall handling of this matter have been highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ,THEY ARE UNPROFFESSIONAL.I WIL NEVER STEP MY FOOT THERE IVE NEVER RECIEVED SUCH BAD SERVICE IN MY LIFE.AT THIS POINT I WANT A REFUND!!!
I purchase on the Pick n Pay ASAP app every Friday at 10am for the office open bar and do office groceries at Pick n Pay, and I've been doing them for 10 years now. On the 28th of March, I tried ordering on the PNPASAP, and it would open, and I had to update. I updated the app and made myr; the order was delivered. HOWEVER, RECEIPT OF THE PURCHASE HAS NOT BEEN SHOWING ON THE ORDER HISTORY. I'VE BEEN CALLING PICK N PAY FOR THIS SINCE 28TH APRIL REGARDING THIS ISSUE. all i need is the receipt because it was a corporate purchase on a corporate credit card. To this day there hasn't been any resolution or receipt sent by Pick n Pay to me, and this money was deducted from my salary because there's no proof that I did purchase the things. THE PNP ASAP CONSULTANTS HAVE BEEN ESCALATING THE ISSUE SINCE APRIL .All they tell me is they see the transaction, but they can't send me the receipt. The receipt can't be sent because I updated the app on the 28th of March, which baffles me. I can see all the other order history made prior to the 28th of March and after the 28th of March, but I was told the invoice will not appear because I have the new app. I'm exhausted from calling Pick n Pay today. It was my last call day. I've been calling Pick n Pay since APRIL, and no help. The one consultant said I should go to the Pick n Pay store. I did that, and I was sent back because they can't help with a PNPASAP purchase. PICKNPAYASAP. CUSTOMER CARE IS FULL OF *********** CONSULTANTS WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT. THEY HAVE BEEN ESCALATING TO GIVE ME MY RECEIPT FOR TWO MONTHS NOW A RECEIPT THAT THEIR SYSTEM DID NOT SEND TO ME !!!PATHETIC SERVICE
To whom it may concern, I bought a Samsung refrigerator on October 11, 2022, from House and Home Alberton City. The delivery took place on October 12th, 2022. I was at work and my helper was at home when the fridge was delivered. The delivery men brought the refrigerator inside, but when they attempted to install it in the home while still in its original box, they discovered that it could not fit. My Helper called to inform me that the delivery men are refusing to unpack the refrigerator or install it in the home without its box because it is not their responsibility, and regrettably, they are indicating that they want to depart while I was speaking with her on the phone. In addition to finding the fridge outside when I arrived, to my utter dismay, it also had a dent line on the door when we unpacked it. I then went to the salesman by the name of Ishmael that same evening to report the issue, and he advised that we send all pertinent images and everything to show, which I did but regrettably the store was closed for returning the fridge. I'm exhausted from work, annoyed, and angry because of the terrible service, low care, and subpar job from house and home delivery drivers, and to top it all off, it started to rain. We were forced to attempt to bring the refrigerator that was left outside, into the home. In addition, I keep receiving calls from a Lady from House and Home ALBERTON CITY informing me that the fridge dent is not their concern or problem and that I should contact Samsung directly to inquire about the situation, which baffles me because I am their client and bought the refrigerator from them, not Samsung. The poor and unfair service I received from this store demonstrates that they do not value their customers.
