I bought 6 pack yoghurt and 1 piece was missing factory fault. Wrote an email to parmalat. They requested a till slip ( perishable goods) gave them all the info they request, that was on the 19th April. I was told its been escalated even sent proof of a picture. Was told il be answered in 48 hours. Already sent two more emails for follow up. Nothing from their side.
I'm going up and down resolving a fraud (2nd incident). Using my resources. Been to their shops and called in. No 1 is able to resolve my issue. I am closing down the account. Their employees r not helpful too. After 12yrs thank you for nothing!
Hi I bought a fridge and lounge suit on the 23 March 2020 at fairprice store in protea Glen soweto. However at delivery the backrest of the lounge suit was damaged and was sent back as delivery instruction. I waited patiently as we were on lock down. Then when it was uplifted I went to the shop couple of times(past two weeks) without any help. A driver by the name of Tshepo was contacted and he claimed to call the other driver. Till today. I can't believe this whole matter is left in the hands of a driver and the store can't do a thing about it. I'm going up and down to the branch with no direction. To think I spent a whole R23 600 in cash with not even a complentary gift of a teas**** only to be treated like this. Can you please follow up the matter and get back to me. I hope this matter will be dealt wit professionally. I tried calling the head office the whole week no answer. Emailed the business still no response.
I received an sms from vvm debt collectors stating that i owe MTN an amount of R25000+. I then went to MTN and they lodged the case with the fraud department. I went to the police station to make an affidavit that says i do not have any kind of account with MTN. Vvm kept on contacting me. I told them ive already sorted this out with MTN. I send them a copy of the report from MTN more than twice however they still harrasing me, calling sending messages. This really frustrates me. Please help. Thank you
I was intending renew my account wit vodacom. Device was delivered and it was not what i asked for. I called that they fetch the device. They took about 2 weeks to collect and told me i cant cancel the contract whilst the device is with me. They then fetched the device. I called to cancel the contract. My account was debited an amount of R279 this month. I called them to enquire and asked them to return my money. That was not done. I called again they said they will get back to me. I haven't heard from them to date. Can you kindly please assist me with this as i cannot be paying for something i dont have.
