Nedbank’s poor communication, endless escalations and cancelled application without explanation are frustrating and disappointing loyal clients.
I am extremely disappointed with the delayed assistance and poor turnaround time from African Bank regarding a simple account restructuring request.I requested assistance to convert my credit card facility into a structured personal loan arrangement and also advised the bank that I am willing to make a lump sum payment of R20,000 towards the account to improve affordability and responsible repayment.However for over 2 weeks now I keep receiving the same response that the matter is being “escalated,” with no proper feedback, resolution or timeline provided. This delay is frustrating because my intention is to responsibly manage and reduce my debt exposure, yet the process is taking unnecessarily long despite repeated follow-ups.I expected better customer service, communication and urgency from African Bank regarding a financial assistance request of this nature.I kindly request urgent intervention and feedback from the relevant department to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an issue with my Revolving loan account.The total loan amount is being reflected and treated as a monthly deduction which is incorrect. This misrepresentation is negatively impacting my credit profile and score, as it creates the impression of an excessive monthly obligation. Despite raising this concern previously, I have not received any meaningful assistance or resolution. This lack of response is unacceptable given the seriousness of the impact on my financial standing. I request the following as a matter of urgency.

Direct Axis ****, i can't get new payment plan despite numerous calls. You get transferred to different people to frustrate you.
Nedbank not offering consolidation but other banks willing to assist
Fnb revolving legal Acc ****, they make communication difficult to give up
Fnb Bank incorrectly bill my Revolving acc on Credit bureaus. They reflect my loan total amount as monthly installment
