Poor adverti*****t from Vodacom and staff at Cavendish Vodacom.
I recently made a online purchase. Before submitting I confirmed by 4 of the Vodacom agents asking them specifically is the Xiaomi Redmi 15 256gb 16gb ram for 199*36 months on terms of this phone is duel SIM and they all confirmed and said yes telephonically. Phone was delivered 4 days after and upon receiving just to find it is a sing sim and not a dual SIM phone. Phoned in next day to find out how to resolve this matter as I need a dual SIM phone and the lady I spoke to told me it is a dual SIM. I then asked her to do a thorough check and then she came back and said it's not a dual SIM. I am very unhappy as this seems like an agent that just wanted to seal the deal by lying to the customer. I am very disappointed and will be going on different social media platforms to expose this matter. Online deal was done through Cavendish Vodacom.

College of cape Town and merseta
There are only a handful of people I can say are great at what they do no problem but then you get to the point of reaching for success but cannot get a trade test date because of some paperwork either not submitted or submitted incorrectly. I think it's abnormal to wait to years just for a trade test date. I contacted college of cape Town numerous times and were told via email to have faith but in the meanwhile other participants that applied after me gets a trade test date. So I asked the question if I need to fill blank spaces and I was told no because all the paper work looks right. Then I contacted merseta to find out maybe on their end if all documents are in place and I was told my trade test were declined for incomplete documentation. I'm going in circles and not sure if I should involve higher power in this situation as I don't know who to speak to no longer because this is two years wasted by people who just don't care about others trying to succeed in life. Very poor communication from college of cape Town athl
I've done my preparation at college of cape Town 2 years ago and very very very poor communication between merseta and college of cape Town. And when I call the line is either off of most of the time busy and very difficult to reach both parties. When I finally got hold of college of cape Town I dealt with a lady rmeyer from college of cape Town and everytime its the same scenario that there were a error in submitting the application or lack of paperwork or information. Merseta just don't care.
Im waiting 2 years now just for a trade test date. How is this normal. Ive done my preparation with college of cape Town in Athlone 2 years ago and both parties Communication skills are very very very bad. Im trying Co contact merseta and everytime the same story high call volumes I'm being put through to voicemail and after that no reply for days.

Cell c genuine scam
Cell c offered me a deal 30gigs day and 20gigs night and immidiate effect. Just checked my balance and only got 20gigs day and 15gigs night. I'm so unhappy with this people not even the network. They should employ people that doesn't lie to their clients. I'm tired of this people I'm going over to vodacom because atleast vodacom got their own tower.

ADT SCAM!!!
im waiting so long on this adt company to sort out my account but all i get is ill will sort this pronlem out asap and i keep on calling in just to hear a different story i wanted to keep my old contract and just move property and when i enquired this they told me over the phone and email that yes this is possible and you can keep your old contract and theres no fees involved and not too long after thatbi found out that they signed me up with a new contract which i did not request for. then when i call in they say no you cant move property without signing a new contract for two years. ive got all this on record and im surely going to put this in the paper and expose this matter to all media along with all the proof i posses.
