I've qualified more than a year back(1 year and 6 monthsto be exact, and up until now i have not received my certificate. Even after numerous phone call(they don't even answer the phone) and sending emails (they don't even reply) Even the traing center were a did my trade is frustrated

PLEASE HELP!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Waited 3 years to get a trade test date. Studied through College of Cape Town. MerSeta has been non responsive, sending other candidates details on my forms, including wrong campuses. Tried phoning all of their offices, no answer, mailing, no reply. Finally completed traded test successfully in November 2024 and now no response regarding certificate which is necessary and required by employers. PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP US! 063 878 3504 we just want to get on with our lives. MerSeta needs to be held accountable for playing with 1000s of young candidates future. Even tried contacting department of higher education, no answer, no reply.

After writing a review on hello Peter, Sarah from Merseta went out of het way to help me, she even mailed me on a Saturday afternoon to see how she can help me, after 3 days I had the documents I needed, I appreciate her assistance very much. Thanks again Sarah.

Unable to male contact for documents.
I need to get documents from Merseta for a job opportunity. I was told to go directly to their main office and request the documents, when I got there I was given two Email addresses which I had to mail to request the documents. I did so immediately, after a week still no reply, I have phoned every phone number they list in the whole country, one rings with no answer, the others gives a busy tone. What am I supposed to do now?? They are playing with my future. Three weeks with not even one reply.. Absolutely pathetic.

Shockingly poor service from MerSETA!
I have tried numerous times to contact them, came through once and spoke to Kholofelo Moseki and emailed all necessary documentation through to her and she still haven’t responded back…it’s been 2 months and now no one answers the phones!!! This company needs a restructure! If you can’t do the job, request for training or look for a new job that you can do!!!

DG applination
I don't understand how you can say stakeholders, must go to the website NSDMS to do their DG applications and then you don't create any support to assist with any questions they might have, the numbers for your offices provided on the website do not get answered when we call, and there has been no responses on the email addresses, its as if you don't want any new stakeholders to apply for these grants. One has to resort to laying a complain to get any feedback if any.

There are only a handful of people I can say are great at what they do no problem but then you get to the point of reaching for success but cannot get a trade test date because of some paperwork either not submitted or submitted incorrectly. I think it's abnormal to wait to years just for a trade test date. I contacted college of cape Town numerous times and were told via email to have faith but in the meanwhile other participants that applied after me gets a trade test date. So I asked the question if I need to fill blank spaces and I was told no because all the paper work looks right. Then I contacted merseta to find out maybe on their end if all documents are in place and I was told my trade test were declined for incomplete documentation. I'm going in circles and not sure if I should involve higher power in this situation as I don't know who to speak to no longer because this is two years wasted by people who just don't care about others trying to succeed in life. Please if theirs anyone out there with a solution to this issue please let me know my contact number 0840824532 Matthew
