I app**** for my 80yrs mother join the medical aid as Discovery is very expensive the agent told me since my mother 80 and dementia they need curatorship. My mother hasn't been diagnosed with dementia just forgetful at 80. Yet they wont accept my mother of attorney. The agent Wardah Jacobs is not very helpful and i need to chase her to find out what is happening with the application. Stay away from a useless medical aid
I laid a ***** case against transactions on my credit card. I forwarded my bank representative Helga a list of all the transactions. I was informed all the transactions had been approved for reversal. When I checked my account only two were reversed. I informed my representative Helga, yet to date I cannot get reposne from Helga nor the ***** department on the rest of the transactions. This has been going on since 26th July and todate I can't get a informative answer.
I'm completely disgusted by cell c taking advantage of elderly 80 year woman who has dementia. No matter how I try cancel a contract that a consultant forced my mother to take out. I can't do as I'm in the uk. I've asked for 5 days for someone to call me and eventually they call on a Sunday morning while in church. My mother doesn't have permission to make any financial decisions as I have power of attorney on all her financial affairs. I will now write to news 24 and expose how cell c take advantage of the ederly and force them into contacts.
Very disappointed in the ***** department and my personal banker. Firstly I reported my two *****ulent transactions immediately. My card was stopped. I then emailed my banker to order a new card, she doesn't reply only when emailed again she asked me what can she do. Can't she read, do employ ilteriate people. The two *****ulent transactions were then approved and I was charged international fee. Why were they approved when clearly *****. I'm going to be closing my prestige account and my husband private banking and move to fnb. Standard service seriously unprofessional
I have been too two vodacom shops ( waterfront & gardens) both cannot blacklist my phone even though I have the imei number. Staff look completely unfriendly and unwilling to help. They would rather be joking between them, or on their phones with personal than actually work.
I app**** for my daughter to write her IGCSE exams with the British council South Africa. Received excellent service from Belinda Titi. Now I'm trying to get the dates and venue. I have the most unprofessional and illiterate consultant called Ayanda Mtshali who cant read or reply to the email context? She then calls me and is incredibly rude to me over the phone. She has also now been harassing me over the phone with a second phone call. Disgusted service from Ayanda Mtshali, you are disgrace as a employee / representative to the British council. Thank you Raymond and Abigail for eventually helping. much appreciated Lets see how long it takes manager Zoliwe to respond to my complaint.
I bought work boots online in black. They delivered brown boots. There customer support is highly unfriendly and unprofessional. I now have to wait for the incorrect boots to be picked up so they can check them, even though I have send a phot showing brown boots not black. Absolutely love this restaurant in Howard center Pinelands. The atmosphere is always so welcoming and homily. The staff and owner are friendly and go extra mile. The food is absolutely delicious.
My parcel was attempted to be delivered but I wasn't home. So called to arrange delivery the next day giving alternate number to call. They delivered the next day but didn't use the alternate number. I called the call center and was promised they redeliver the same day as the alternate number wasn't given to the driver. I waited all day and no delivery. Called again and was told sorry we will delivery tomorrow as no one informedthe driver. Ref 2784312333447
