I have been misled by a consultant who assured me that I won't be placed under review or administration as she is working for NCR and I'm being charged high interest rate on both my bonds and will negotiate a better interest for, I didn't supply her with any information as she had it already so I believed her.after a authorized from my bank,I later received an email from IDOCS that I'm being put under review. When I called they don't answer and don't respond to my emails for cancelation. Can I get assistance please

I recently bought stuff from abroad online it's ridiculous how they charge foreign manifest more than 50% of what the value is and every time their values keep going up and we never get communication on why we paying so much more than what we used to cause how we suppose to do business and compete if we are over taxed for shipping from abroad and there is inconsistency in charges for the same value in just about a few months
i have been taken to lawyers by my current levy administrator(TRAFALGAR) for outstanding arrears while i was paying them through the lawyers asigned by the previous administrator (@easeproperties) during handover the amount that i have been paying was never recorded the lawyers sent me statements but nothing is been done between the two administrator and now there is the second lawyers fees added to my account while I'm pay for current and outstanding levies plus interest. Can you please assist me in resolving this matter
