I Had a Month to Month LTE Sim With DSL on the Telkom Network and have told the DSL Team Numerous times that im cancelling this sim since i mooved over to another Wifi provider and have not used the Telkom Sim every since , I even logged calls with DSL Team and Telkom on their webside for cancellation but yesterday i was billed from Telkom for service that i have not even use for more then 10 Months now Reference: Eft Debit Order (3188055079): Telkom (509161066S2605)

Took out a lte package last year with a router and have been struggling numerous time on the mtn network and logged calls whereby i have struggled once for almost a week with no internet connection. I phoned last week and told the support team i want to move over to the vodacom network since it was previously suggested by a consultant that in my area that we have more vodacom towers near me and will work better. So we discussed and i told the support team that i cant use the migrate option on client zone as they suggested and the person i spoke to said that i should place a new order for the vodacom sim and that they will ensure that the mtn one will be cancelled so that i wont be billed twice but now since im waiting for the vodacom sim i was billed yesterday and the sim has not been delivered yet and am being told now by the whatsapp afrihost team that i cant migrate and that the other package mtn should be cancelled!
Last year i app**** for a home loan amd when my bond was approved they told me i have to get insurance so outsurance phoned me and i decided to take out the insurance from them but what i hate about insurances is that they dont explain everything in detail and only after you have signed up then later you will get the paper work with what they actually covers and what not so last week i informed them that im not happy with their terms and conditions as it is useless for me and that i dont want those covers and yet they are deducting another premie on top of the one i have that i dont even know what its for and they dont want to respond on my mail that i have sended them
I was charge fully for a order then few item were out of stock but after the final amount charge by pick n pay asap i did not recieve the balance back into my account
Have places an order on 14 March at Incredible Connection and got an email that said my order #301289678 is shipped on the 17th and delivery will take place within 2 to 5 business days. I gave my wife's contact details as my number is not available during working hours and i get home after 5 during the week. Asked my wife few times during the week if she was contacted by n courier and she were not contacted during this week. I sended incredible connection mails from their website and my personal which i have registered on their website as i could not track my parcel from their website and they eventually responded to my mail saying parcel is shipped with aramex and they gave me a tracking number. Have registered on aramex to trace the my parcel with the tracking number i got but still tracking number is unable to be traced and on incredible connection website there is still no update regarding the tracking as its still the same and showing only shipped on the 17th. Most places i have purchased stuff from took max 3 days for delivery even it is 1000km away from me amd the nearest incredible connection shop is like 250km away from me
I have purchased a bed at Bradlows in kuruman on saterday. I have paid for deliver which was almost R300 just for delivery in town and it was promised that my bed will be delivered on the 28 November which was yesterday but instead I have received a sms that said delivery will take place on the 30th. This is unacceptable and companies should not promises that they can't keep!
I was at first abit sceptical about ordering online as I couldn't get review from this company but am very pleased to say I'm thankful for the great service and fast delivery that I have received from them
