Cancellation of step class
Planet Fitness Silver Lakes cancelled step class and there has been talks to cancel more classes. We need a step class with Mpho. There is one class on Friday afternoons, why can’t Mpho continue with the step class then? There was nothing wrong with the schedule and the need to change something that is working is irritating to us the clients. There’s no need for a replacement class, it was starting to pick up

Interns not getting paid by SASSETA
There are interns that have not been paid by SASSETA for 2months. These are people with livelihoods and children and they have to use transport to come to work and they are not getting paid.

Billed for services I don’t utilise
I with account LEED003 cancelled my contract with Home-connect in May 2024, however; they keep on billing me. I moved out of my house, all the electrical appliances are switched off at that residence. I don’t understand how and why I am being billed for a service I don’t utilise, the appliances are off the residence is empty.

Telkom says I owe them even when I don’t have a contract with them
I would like to raise my concern wrt TELKOM according to them I owe them R2780.00 regarding a cellphone contract I got with them and even handed me over to the *****’s call Nubebt. The last time I was having a contract with TELKOM was 4 Years ago but the billing is for recent months. Everyday I get threatening emails to pay up or legal action will be taken against me even though I don’t have a contract with them. Telkom ***

Unauthorised debt from a scammer

On 13 March 2017, I tried to purchase ticket on website which I thought was ticketpro. To my dismay and after numerous attempts it was not. The company in question is Viagogo, the tickets I had purchased on their website indicated the finally payment was +/- R3000 but they debited +/- R10 000. To correct the error I called the company sending various email only to realise that it is using a automated service which did not assist. I subsequently contacted my bank (FNB) to reverse the transaction. FNB after numerous emails and calls the money was reversed and back into my accoount. I had indicated to FNB to kindly block Viagogo from making any debts to my account or them to authorise anything/ debt from my account to Viagogo. FNB had indicated that this shall be done.

To my surprise 13 April 2017, Viagogo has yet again debts now R11000 from my account. I am not sure why FNB has allowed this company which I had inform them (FNB) that this is a fraudulent transaction and its scam. I have debts that need to paid or authorised debts that need to come out of my account now R11000 gone. I dont understand why this bank why so negligent with this authorisation as I didnt even receive a call from FNB to authorise a payment as this is a large amount.

All I want is my money bank TODAY and to swiitch banks. FNB YOU HAVE BEEN VERY NEGLIGENT WITH PEOPLES MONEY!!!
