FNB is, without exaggeration, one of the most disgraceful banking institutions I have ever dealt with. Imagine entrusting a bank with millions, only to discover that when ***** happens, the bank treats YOU like the inconvenience while protecting the *****sters. That’s the FNB experience. As a Private Client with a cash balance well into the millions, I expected professionalism, urgency, competence, and at the very least, basic intelligence. Instead, I was met with shocking incompetence from a so-called “private banker” who sounded like they had been dragged out of bed in a shack wearing a dressing gown — completely incapable of answering even the simplest questions. No accountability. No urgency. No understanding of high-net-worth client service. Just excuses, arrogance, and staggering levels of incompetence. FNB markets itself as a premium bank, but behind the glossy adverts is a circus of underqualified staff, broken systems, and absolute indifference toward clients being ****med or de*****ed. The most terrifying part? Your money is genuinely safer under your couch cushions than in the hands of this bank. I have never experienced such a catastrophic collapse in customer service, professionalism, and trust from a financial institution in my life. If you value your money, your sanity, or your security — stay far away from FNB.
We pre-booked a bassinet with Emirates well in advance, specifically for our one-year-old, only to be told onboard that he could not fit in it. Instead of offering a practical solution, the staff’s response was to push us into paying for an upgrade to a larger seat — while my wife was forced to sit with the baby strapped to her for the entire flight. At no point during booking or pre-departure was the bassinet’s actual size or weight limit communicated. Had we known, we would have booked our child his own seat with a car seat from the start. This lack of transparency caused unnecessary stress and discomfort on a long-haul journey. To make matters worse, the crew we dealt with were rude, dismissive, and showed no genuine willingness to help a family traveling with an infant. Their attitude made a difficult situation even more unpleasant. Strongly advise against flying with Emirates if you’re traveling with a baby — especially if you’re relying on their bassinets. Other airlines, like Singapore Airlines and Virgin Australia, provide larger bassinets that go up to 16–18 kg, and their crews are far more accommodating to families. Verdict: Misleading information, zero empathy, and unhelpful staff. Not a family-friendly airline.
It has been a horrible experience dealing with this company. Firstly they lie with regards to their marketing they say 2 months for every year TI, not the case !!! DONT FALL FOR IT! once you move in and complete your TI they will not address any of the snags mention on the inception, if you ask them to replace anything they will pull the spare from an old storeroom or just blatantly ignore you. My roof is slanted and about to cave in. No concern at all aircon not working, company signs that look like a dog has chewed them and displayed. No sense of self-pride. you will receive interest in your account that has not been incurred and they will charge you all sorts of "other" charges on your bill. DONT SIGN PERSONAL SURIOTY WITH THEM INFACT FIND SOMETHING ELSE ENTIRELY. I still have 2,5 years left on this lease MASSIVE mistake on my behalf. also, the reviews on google are not accurate as he has got his friends to give false reviews I just wish I saw this before I signed. I'm literally kicking myself.
absolutely terrible service from your call center. WOW i pay for a 40mb fiber line through openserve. Firstly your service is intermittent not being able to work for hours at a time. i spent the past 4 days and hundreds of phone calls sending evidence through ping test and trace test. NOTHING !!! no call back no rectification and the amount of arrogance received by Eileen Raath is disgusting. very disappointing
