I recently moved into a new unit, and unfortunately my experience has been very different from my first stay here. In my previous apartment, everything was excellent — the unit was well maintained, management was responsive, and I never experienced any maintenance problems during my time there. However, in this new apartment, I’ve been dealing with a leaking ceiling issue in the bathroom that has been both frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the positive experience I had before. Water leaks from the ceiling have affected the comfort and condition of the apartment, and it has raised concerns about the upkeep of this particular unit. While I still appreciate the location and know the complex is capable of providing a much better living experience based on my first apartment, the maintenance standards in this new unit have not met expectations. I hope management addresses these issues promptly so future residents can enjoy the same quality experience I initially had.

I don’t care what they tell you and how happy you are_ please do not come and stay at The Titan. Their portfolio manager is a narcissistic who first ask a brief about you from their admin team and he comes to you with a preconceived notion. I sent them an email that I want to move out and they didn’t see the email until they sent their bill - they are threatening to not allow me to leave with my stuff. They want me to pay before I leave. Which I will not do.

The place is convenient and the staff are really kind especially the agents and the security guards, the only conundrum I’ve experienced so far is the ****roach infestation which is quite annoying because they spawn even after a deep clean.

Staying at the landmark has been a wonderful experience The facilities are outstanding as well as the service delivery if I had any requests The leisure areas are well maintained and the security is excellent I have enjoyed my stay at the landmark and I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for accommodation

I’m disappointed with the service received from The Legacy Apartments. Now,I’m being threatened with credit bureau listing. This kind of inconsistent communication and pressure is unacceptable. I have escalated the matter to the Housing Tribunal and expected better transparency and accountability.

I live at The encore apartments , and I'd like to say I love the maintenance team. They always get to your ticket and fix whatever it is that's broken or needs to be fixed. S/O to Fisokuhle and Fanuel.🌸
