If zero was a rating I would of given it to you. Delays with a flight been at the airport since 7:00 to 15:00 before I was advised to go and rebook my flight. I missed an important occasion due to this delay! Pathetic service.
I wish I read the reviews before ordering from these SCAMMERS! Ordered from them on 28 Nov, today is the 17th of Dec, no products received and no answers on my emails! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!
1. AF do not communicate, since they received my claim forms etc they have not send me any communications (such as the sms you normally send to inform Member that they forms have been received).2. I called to log this complaint, was promised the technical team will look into it (mind you my friend received hers). To date (since 8 May) I am still waiting for feedback as to why I did not receive sms's. WHAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND IS YOUR PROMOTIONAL SMS'S YOU SEND ME COMES THROUGH TO ME. So you can use my number for marketing but not for serious matters pertaining my claim.3. I called numerous times and I get the same response every single time, someone will come back to me but they dont! They cannot even put me in contact with the administrator appearantly its company policy not give out their number. WTF?4. Called again last week Thurs, was told they tried to pay me but payment rejected due to account verification error, YET AGAIN I WAS NOT INFORMED. Found this out 3 days later after I had to call. What was going to happen if I did not follow up. Now they are sitting with all documentation (ID, marriage certificate, bank statements) and still have not paid me. WHAT NEXT?????
