My Edgars card has been completely inactive and unused for more than three years. Despite this, I recently discovered that Edgars has been continuously charging me "collection fees" and fees for services that I have not used or agreed to in years. To make matters worse, there are recent purchases on my account that I never made. When I discovered this unauthorized activity, I contacted customer service to request my account statements for the past two years so I could quantify the *****. To date, Edgars has completely ignored my request and failed to send the statements, keeping me in the dark about my own account balance. This is a ******** and I wonder how many people are being ******
It has been an absolute disaster dealing with Yoco and their useless "support staff". We have registered a new account over 4 months ago and we are still waiting for our first pay out from numerous transactions through their network. Reason for the delay is apparently not clear they just say business is not allowed and this a hospitality business... Not one single person that we have spoken to at Yoco has any knowledge of how to resolve this issue so now they are sitting with our money and collecting interest while we are out of pocket. If I didn't know better I would think this is a ****!!! The problem starts when you try to withdraw your money that they come up with stories and immediately issue you with termination letter saying they will pay back card holders their money without even asking you the business you are doing or any investigation. Everything starts only when you try to withdraw. They have more than R27K of my money. STAY AWAY!!!

Good day I want to complain about mercedes Benz rustenburg Maemo motors. Yesterday I sent my car for service and gave instructions that my aircon is not working and has few brake warnings signs... after I picked it up the same problems are still there.Usually I take my car to rivonia and I always get excellent service. Maemo motors are servicing cars based on race and this is not the first time but I was desperate because of work that I had to take it to Maemo motors
My car was stripped of parts while at Renew-it Sandton. 1st they removed my headlight and it was nowhere to be found. On my second visit my rear fender bead was stripped. On 3rd visit my mirror was stripped, sensors removed. I was shown incorrect radiator lucky I had pictures of it. Renew-It Sandton are running the panelbeater like a s**** yard stripping parts from people's car. I urged all people who might have experienced this to comment on this post until this never happens to anyone ever again.
My car was in for replacement of an engine which took more than 3 months to complete. After this completion i asked for new registration certificates since the car will have new engine. To date they are ducking me and the claim consultant from discovery is not even answering me. Something is very not okay here
I have logged a complaint with Telkom more than a month now and to date nobody is willing to assist. We have more 5 contracts with Telkom mobile and paying more than R3000 every month for data that we can't use. The signal is very bad and I am just paying for nothing. Never again I'm going to take a contract with Telkom. These guys are useless and unprofessional. There is coverage in my area but no coverage in my house. I'm very angry as I can't work from home and my kids school work can't be done since there is no coverage.
I cancelled my contract due to incorrect billing hoping to port to another network. decided to check if the stealing of my airtime persist by being a prepaid customer. to date i think i have lost more than R300 in a month as i load airtime almost every 2nd day. when i call MTN ducks and they keep on stealing airtime from it's customers. people please help yourself get out of mtn network these are criminals who rob their customers since their billing ripping people and looks like they recovering money in this manner.
