We are stuck with the horrible FIber provider in our complex. which was notified a day before and the next day they said they were only aware of the FIber problem the next day, which is a lie. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, their service is HORRIBLE, They do not care about your problem and they take your money anyway!
Since I have moved my FIber from axxess 50mbps to Afrihost 5mbs I have had THE worste packet loss since ADSL. I have had over 15-20 tech calls with afrihost and I have to resend test every time to PROOVE that I have packet loss. I had to go form 10pm to 2am onm a Saturday night to see that the packet loss was not happening, only during the day when there is lots of use on the network. This is a clear indication that my line is on a lower priority that a 50mb line. They have promised twice to send a technician, and they have not. This is THE worst fiber provider since ADSL. DO NOT USE THEM, if you have a choice!!!!!
I have been asking my ISP for feedback why my internet is 10mbps and I am paying for 50mbps. They say you dont give them feedback, please supply feedback. I am paying for HALF of my speed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to send 3 different types of Speed tests, just to get what I pay for.
I thought going to Axxess was going to be a good experience, but I was wrong. I am paying for 50mps but getting 20mbps. Paid 2 months for 50mbps and only getting 20bps. They had me jumping through hoops because useless Vumatel needs special treatment and I have to PROVE that I only get 20mbps. I sent an email to suppor*****ernet.co.za the person argued with me that I sent the email incorrectly. Later they say they responded and I never got an email.
2nd day no internet, no response from the ISP or them on all their social media channels. You pay R200 more that other Fiber providers, and the service is worse than Telkom. Well done Vumatel! Not even a status update on the ISP's status indicator
I have asked them why their FIber prices is so expensive, more than other providers, They said comes from Axxess and axxess said thats the prices coming form Vumatel. I am basically being kept hostage because they have the monopoly in my area?
We are very pleased and very impressed with Amanda at Ooba. We started to give up that the banks would not supply us with a 100% loan, but Amanda and her team persevered and got us the loans for our dream home. Thanks so much and Well done!
I have reported that the internet is not working. Every time I phoned them, they take me through the same drill. I had to explain the package I was on to the person helping me. I removed the Telkom sim and replaced it with an MTN SIM and the internet is working fine. I am loosing R600 a day with this issue. I HIGHLY recommend it that no one subscribes to there service.
<p>Ronel phoned me from Vodacom and told me I will be paying less on my contract. Later I found out I am signing an ADDITIONAL data contract for another 24 months. NOT ion my contract that will expire next year. Also being rude to me when I tried to find out what the deal is about.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
