Why is it impossible to get hold of anybody to talk with on all of your numbers? I refuse to pay R89 to get a callback, how do I know I will be called. All of this is to rectify an error somebody else made. The chatbot is useless and so is the online requests to fix an issue. I'm a customer since 2001 and all I get is silence!

Some 2 years ago CellC talked me into taking out a 10GB agreement over and above my cellular contract. At this present moment I do not even know where the SIM is, as my (new) phone does not have dual SIM capability. I might have used 1GB of data off that agreement in the 2 years + I have had it. Thus CellC has scored R100 odd per month from me over more than 24 months. When trying to cancel this agreement I'm told that the agreement was renewed over a 24 month contract term and it would cost me in excess of R2.000 for early cancelation. Having been a CellC customer for over 20 years without missing a single payment I'm given a F-you when asking to cancel something I'm not using. So now I will wait for 2 years, until 6 September 2025 and not only cancel the data contract, I will also move my cellular contract elseware. Thx for nothing CellC!! You are ripping-off a loyal client.
I have requested Edgars/RCS to close my club account and Edgars account as these accounts have not been used in more than 15 years. They however prefer to ignore my requests and now my account is in arrears, even though I do not use the account. What do I need to do too close this account?
After receiving an incorrect size denim I had to log a complaint on HelloPeter for the matter to be actioned. The denim was eventually collected and I supplied my banking details on 02 January2018 for the refund. Despite asking for an update, Edgars are choosing to ignore me AGAIN!
With reference to order: ********** 64 ........... I ordered two of the same denims in size W30/L32 (Waist 76cm); instead I got one 97cm (WRONG SIZE) and the other was correct. On 07/12/2017 I advised Edgars of the above. According to the automated email reply they would respond to me within 48 hours. Now (15/12/2017) it is already 7 days later and despite me requesting feedback twice, they have not bothered to contact me to make arrangement to collect the incorrect item and replace the denim with the correct size, as was ordered and paid for. Kindly collect the wrong sized denim and replace immediately with the correct size for which I have paid.
