Had another pleasant experience at the motorcycle department at Donford BMW. Damian and the team went above and beyond in assisting me with my motorcycle. I've been a loyal client for the past 15 years and have never had bad service.
This company is definitely a ****. Contacted them, price obviously too good to be true. Said we want to view in worcester. Sent someone and the truck is not even at the premises. When you ask, they say it is viewing by appointment only. Guy refused to come out or let us view. Business next door says they get lots of people searching for them.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience trying to cancel my mother in law's landline. Have tried to cancel for 6 months now and still Telkom collects money via a debit order EVERY MONTH!!! The line has been cancelled months ago but telkom still takes money!!! VERY VERY UNHAPPY VIR TELKOM
Beware of the Ucount ****. They have now for the second time cancelled my ucount for business due to "bad standing"....which does not exist. At that stage they cancel all your points and it takes weeks and numerous phone calls to reset it. Horrible business!
***** was committed on my Cape Union Mart Account. After about 3 months, the refund was made into my RCS account. Request withdrawal of the funds...2 months later and they are still stone walling. REfuses to refund the amount to me. Horrible horrible experience
Standard Bank has now cancelled our business account's overdrat without ANY WARNING OR NOTICE!!! This is the second year in a row that they cancel without giving us ANY NOTIFICATION, WARNING OR ANY CORRESPONDENCE. It causes a negative effect on our credit rating and we have to close our business untill they decide to help us. Really AWFUL customer service especially from SELWYN HECTOR at Stellenbosch branch. HORRIBLE BANK
R15000 Fraudulently deducted from my company card. Reported it immediately and they promised a 5 day turn around. We are in week 2 now, with no feedback. Was on hold for 2 hours last week to the fraud centre with no luck...sitting currently on 1 hour on hold. This is the worst experience with a bank ever. Absa stopped the transactions before it went through, but Standard bank just let it go through without issue with no recourse.
<p>I have 9 vehicle fitted with C Track units. </p> <p> </p> <p>Of these, 6 are not functioning correctly....thats right - 60% of my units are not working, yet every month the debit order goes through.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now emailed a few times and nobody has bothered to get back to me, nor is there anybody that you can speak to - it is all through a call centre.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worst tracking experience of my life so far and I have tried 3 others.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just hope that this review will spur somebody into action...but I have my doubts</p>
