Am writing this to express how I feel concerning the roads around Ngweding, Motlhabe and Dithabaneng villages, I reported and nothing is happening, why are we not getting services from municipality, the roads are bad to extend of when it rains no vehicle goes in and this affects school kids and workers, we really need to be assisted what does it take to get a tar road, I wish Premier can go and check the situation there and must not end up in Muruleng only. Very bad experience and customer service, bad attitude and rude sales agent We bought a faulty gearbox amounting to R18 500 and when we report it we are told that no refund because of T&C The gearbox never worked, had error messages when programmed and the agent refuse to refer us to the manager I would not recommend anyone to them, their are bad and rob people Never go there people you will regret

I send this on the 3rd of August ,I did R300 cash send and the receiver didn’t get it and I cannot trace it. Please assist in reversing the money for me. The message i got was chatewallet and i was send a reference number C-41087273 to date am still waiting
I submitted a death claim in February this year, have been making follow ups to date no feedback, I spoke to Mavhungu Nephawe and last time she said the claim is link to home affairs and getting hold of her in a telephone is a struggle her number don't get answered
I submitted documents for death claim on the 29th February and I made a follow up a week ago and spoke to Nephawe for confirmation, my problem now is that I have been calling and the 012 399 2354 number just rings with no response, if I can get a feedback I'll appreciate that to know the way forward
This is not a complaint but a follow up on an email concerning query about debit order, I send email requesting R3247 to be reversed and I got a response that it was reversed back into my account, so I asked for turnaround time what I received again was this service is no longer available or working Can someone assist in this regard
