Very poor service for 2FA security change
I activated 2FA on my webmail account then desktop mail and iphone mail stopped working. I tried entering your application specific passwords...zip nada nothing worked. Tried chatting with technical consultant gave up after waiting and waiting and waiting...reverted back to deactivating 2FA COME ON MWEB YOU CAN DO BETTER!

Excellent service but feel cheated & disappointed
Dear Vodacom, this is a mixed review. Excellent customer service on my ‘new’ phone order but I am so disappointed to discover my ‘new’ phone turns out to be a repaired used phone? Why did you not advertise it that way. I feel cheated… so for this I would seriously give you 1 star. Very disappointed and feeling cheated. Kind regards Ingrid

Streaming issues
My dstv streaming keeps getting following message whilst watching an episode of a series… normally 20-40minutes in. “Sorry, we are unable to play this video right now, domething went wrong on our side” try again later Numerous calls to call centre & chat and you delink & link, I sign in & out… this is still happening. Almost 10 days of frustration. Personally… I believe you are having server issues & need to upgrade! In my neighbourhood… I am not the only subscriber having the issue. Nothing wrong with our wifi network. All other streaming services work fine. I am about to terminate as watching a video is just to frustrating (so is my neighbour)

Bad response to Service issues
Dear Bluedog, since switching over to automated call logging I can wait for a response until I am a skeleton...employ more people so at least we can get a response. You use to be great! My internet here on Golden Mile, St Helena Bay is like a car racing from robot to robot...either fast or non-existent! This started over the last week, especially. My neighbor just installed fiber, ISP Web Africa and they do not have any problems!! I cannot trade like this. Please can I get a response. Kind regards Ingrid David
