Buying the car went great..... Getting my cash back now that's a different story. My contract went live on 4 April. Cash back is due 5 to 7 working days which means payment was due no later than 15 April. Since the 16th I have been in contact with Nissan Milnerton's Principle, Manager and my sales person hoping to get a resolve. The only feedback I am getting is my payment is awaiting release. So either the director's holiday is taking preference over his customer's payouts or cash backs are used to fund Nissan Milnerton's cash flow.... Why else is it so difficult to release a payment that was contractually due by 15 April 2026. Financing houses should also take note of the breach of contract, in my case it's MFC. Surely this should be a serious offence keeping customer's funds instead of paying it out?? Waiting to hear if the admin/finance team of Nissan Milnerton will find the time to get the payment released or if this will drag out to tomorrow or the next day or next week.
Had a great experience with Shane. He explained the process well and was very patient. If I knew it was this easy to sell my car through WEELEE I would have done it sooner.

I was handed over by Vodacom for outstanding money I wasn't aware was outstanding as everything was paid by the user of this account my husband Daniel Jacobus Prins.

I opened an account for my soon to be X-husband Daniel Jacobus Prins as he was blacklisted with Vodacom and couldn't get an account of his own. He paid the account varying between debit orders and EFT's from his at one stage cheque and later savings account. Last year he went to Vodacom to transfer the account from my name to his which Vodacom gladly assisted with. To my knowledge I also didn't sign the paperwork for this transfer as at the time of transfer we were meant to go to a store together and I didn't sign any transfer docs within that period. So needless to say Vodacom did the transfer of the account without me being aware that it has been arranged. I would also think that the account needs to be settled before the transfer goes through on the other person's name. Which obviously didn't happen as Daniel Jacobus Prins got the sms's of the overdue account but neglected to pay it as this was his expense but on my name and what a better way of getting back at his wife.

So, this debt needs to be included in his account with Vodacom. He still has the same cell number as before ********** . Please send me the transfer of account documents or I lodge a fraud case against Vodacom.

If this issue affects my credit rating in any way I will take it further. This debt is not mine to pay. Please recover it from the rightful owner. If you can transfer an account without informing me you need to recover your money from the person that the account was transferred to.

I was phoned by Creditworx atleast 3 time a day for outstanding money with Vodacom I wasn't aware was outstanding as everything is paid by the user of this account my husband Daniel Jacobus Prins. Plus they didn't even know why they are hounding me for money as they didn't even know how the amount came to that I was handed over for! I requested for a statement from Creditworxs which they organised eventually but now I am still waiting on the account transfer docs.

I opened an account for my soon to be X-husband Daniel Jacobus Prins as he was blacklisted with Vodacom and couldn't get an account of his own.
