I want to know whose company is this and who you allowance to debit on my account? May I be emailed or contacted as I want all debit orders to be paid back I never accepted any debicheck for this company

I have never had such an infuriating experience with *********** staff. This issue has gone on for months. I have requested information which I never received and each time a new person phones and promises to get me the information. Staff are not trained, they do not think any further than asking for money, they cannot follow up on a matter. The outcome is that we do not owe Eskom, Eskom actually owes us a refund and yet I keep getting phone calls full of empty promises to update the account. We have dealt with Kena, Precious to name a few. This is utter abuse. Can someone who is capable finalise this matter.

Every month I receive an SMS stating I must pay a small amount to settle my alleged debt with a certain company. I know it's a con to get me to admit that I acknowledge debt. So No go!! You guys will harass me till they kingdom come and never send me a Paid up letter even if I pay that amount for supposed debt. Anyway, you send the Same standard reply here to everyone who complained about your ****ty company and service. EG. " Creditworx (S&V)'s reply: 06 Jun 2023, 11:07 Good day, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The account will be investigated and our office will revert to you with feedback. The account has been placed on hold to prevent further contact. Please allow 24 hours for your contact details to be removed from our automated dialler. I have paid my account on the Capitec app directly to Creditworx on the 29th September yet I get numerous calls per day that I should pay my account. My last payment took 2 days to reflect and now it's been almost 3 weeks. The consultants who phone are so useless and can't give me an answer on why it's not reflecting. Can someone please call me about this matter.
