Milnerton Nissan
Based on recent customer reviews, Milnerton Nissan presents a sharply divided customer experience. While certain sales consultants are praised by name for going above and beyond, delivering informative test drives and smooth deal processes, a recurring theme is severe dissatisfaction with aftersales support. Customers consistently mention unresponsive management, ignored emails and calls, delays in cashback or refund payouts, and unresolved vehicle defects on both new and pre-owned purchases. Service department concerns around unstamped service books, missing parts, and warranty disputes also feature prominently across the feedback.

Buying the car went great..... Getting my cash back now that's a different story. My contract went live on 4 April. Cash back is due 5 to 7 working days which means payment was due no later than 15 April. Since the 16th I have been in contact with Nissan Milnerton's Principle, Manager and my sales person hoping to get a resolve. The only feedback I am getting is my payment is awaiting release. So either the director's holiday is taking preference over his customer's payouts or cash backs are used to fund Nissan Milnerton's cash flow.... Why else is it so difficult to release a payment that was contractually due by 15 April 2026. Financing houses should also take note of the breach of contract, in my case it's MFC. Surely this should be a serious offence keeping customer's funds instead of paying it out?? Waiting to hear if the admin/finance team of Nissan Milnerton will find the time to get the payment released or if this will drag out to tomorrow or the next day or next week.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nissan Milnerton, particularly regarding the poor service and lack of communication from Delmaine Lenders. I have been calling since 16 March up until this morning, sending emails, and following up repeatedly, yet I still struggled to get any proper response or assistance. My WhatsApp messages were also ignored, which added to the frustration. Despite messages being left and promises of follow-up, nothing was handled professionally or with urgency. As a customer, I expected better service, accountability, and respect. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and frustrated. Being passed around without proper assistance for this long is unacceptable. I hope management addresses these service issues seriously and improves the customer experience going forward.

Second review being written as i have made 0 progress with my faulty Nissan magnite, purchased on the 7 jan 2026. The dealership does not respond to emails or phone calls. I have had no response to emails in over a month and the manager is always unavailable every time I phone. They have had 3 months to reach out, collect the car, try and fix the car or even just look at the car, but not once have they done this. I have had to beg them for any sort of help. I have stated my CPA rights and have requested/demanded a new replacement vehicle as there has been no effort to try and fix the vehicle. I have yet to have a response from anyone at the dealership.

Milnerton Nissan's service department consistently fails to sign the service book after completing a service. They also tend to not provide invoices for services carried out under financed service plans.

My car purchase I did with this dealership in Nov '25 has been the most disappointing and unpleasant experience I have ever had with any dealership. Everything went fine till the collection of the vehicle, and then when I took it back for things that were not right everything changed. The staff are unresponsive and even the dealer ship principle got involved, but did not resolve the issues. They do not answer on landlines or cell phones. I had to pay at a different service/repair center to run diagnostics and point out the cause of the problems I experienced, which should have been resolved by Milnerton Nissan as it was all reported within days of collecting the vehicle. I had to visit the dealership on several occasions due to them not getting back to me and even then, they stare at you as a customer with a blank, unresponsive face. make promises and never deliver on it. The secondhand car sales manager, Dalmaine and the dealership principle, Chris, has till today not made any good on any of their empty promises to have the issues sorted. I would definitely discourage anyone from subjecting themselves to the same treatment. The tires received with the vehicle at collection was the main cause for the issues because of the bad state it was in as found by the other dealership, even though Milnerton Nissan swear that they took the vehicle to experts and nothing is wrong with the tires. Worst customer aftersales service ever.

I dealt with Monsurio Mallum when looking at a vehicle that was on special. It was not a straightforward purchase due to stock issues, and he and D went above and beyond to make it happen for me. I was so impressed with their commitment to customer service. Monsurio was not pushy, the test drive was very informative, and the writing up of the deal was effortless. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you for making it a super experience.

Absolutely exceptional service from Monsurio Mallum, who went way beyond the call of duty to help someone special get their very first new car. From taking us on a test drive and pointing out every single difference between the two models we were looking at, he made sure that the test drive incorporated all aspects of driving. He was so kind and thoughtful throughout the hours we spent with him. When there was a glitch, and the colour car that we wanted wasn't available, he switched to overdrive and moved heaven and earth, with the help of Dee Mhalunker, to get the colour we wanted. Milnerton Nissan is lucky to have people of this calibre working for them. I'm truly impressed.
