Essential Extended Warranty for a Second Hand Vehicle
I highly recommend Car Car Vouchers. We bought an extended warranty for my son's car in September last year, and upon servicing the vehicle, found that there were a few issues that needed seeing to. I contacted them, took the vehicle to an RMI recommended workshop. They handled the whole issue for me, and we received approval within a few days. I'd like to point out that one mustn't just assume that things will be approved. You need to make sure your service history is up to date and that the cause of the issue is according to their policy standard. I'm so grateful we took this warranty on the vehicle. Excellent Service
I dealt with Monsurio Mallum when looking at a vehicle that was on special. It was not a straightforward purchase due to stock issues, and he and D went above and beyond to make it happen for me. I was so impressed with their commitment to customer service. Monsurio was not pushy, the test drive was very informative, and the writing up of the deal was effortless. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you for making it a super experience.

Don't order from Incredible Connection Online - poor customer service
I placed an order for a laptop last week. Delivery said 2-5 working days. I have tried 3 times to get someone to note that I need the delivery by day 4 as from day 5 onwards, I will be away. There was stock in the region I live in. I have been told repeatedly there's no way to contact the warehouse to escalate this query. I find this absolutely unacceptable in this day and age where with most other major retailers, you can at least speak to someone who can take this request further, considering it's an exceptional circumstance. I would NEVER have bought from Incredible Connection online, if I had known their customer service department was still in the dark ages. Shocking service. My order number is: #301195311

Excellent Service at Buco Parklands.
I'd like to recommend Adrian at Buco Parklands to help with any of your building requirements. I first went to another major building retail store and had absolutely no service. Locksmith with the Key to Service!
What a fantastic experience I had with this company. When faced with an emergency situation yesterday, I called ahead to see if someone could be on standby if I needed someone. When it turned out is did, Michael arrived within 10 minutes. He was quick, efficient and very helpful. A short while later I received a call from Alon saying he was glad everything was ok. Absolutely superior service. Highly recommended this company.

Capelli Hair - a Cut Above the Rest!
Capelli Blouberg offers a truly outstanding experience. The salon is beautifully decorated, you receive a warm welcome from everyone (especially from Terri, the owner) and the experience at the basins is heavenly! A massage and a warm blanket on offer! My stylist is Amanda. She's a wonderful hairstylist. She listens to what you want and cuts beautifully. I highly recommend you give this salon a try. Top class!

Cracking the Fat-Loss Code
As a repeat dieting offender - yip, I've done all the deprivation diets, stumbling upon Calorie Deficit Weight loss was an eye-opener. Don't use him - Table View Maintenance Man
Marc responded to a request on our neighbourhood Facebook page (Table View). He came around on time, kept me posted on how far he was etc. Unf I needed a new electronic lock, so he put a temporary solution in place until the following day. He asked me to pay R1699 for the cost of the lock and that he would collect and install the next day. From Friday - Tuesday I had the run around with messages about suppliers not having stock etc. We personally sourced the lock needed as this was urgent. He apologised saying he would refund me in full. A day has passed and he is not answering his phone and I still haven't received the money. Be cautious! I don't know if he is a scammer, but please be careful in using this guy. Seems super nice, but my end experience has been a sour one and cost me double. I'm hopeful he will read this and pay me back asap.

Raru is a scam website
I'm absolutely shocked with the lack of service or ability to even contact this company. No reply to emails and a note on their website that says the Customer help-line is out of action due to Covid. Whattt? Oh my goodness! I bought my son's school books from this site in October, never for a minute thinking there would be an issue. He starts this week and we have no books. Is anyone able to assist with getting thru to this company. Is seems to be a scam.
