I can only praise the agents at CCV for all their help and assistance. I had a terrible experience with the mechanic I trusted to fix my vehicle and everyone at CCV went above and beyond to tend to my frustrations and needs.

5-stars TOTALLY deserved.
I don't easily give a 5-star rating, but in this instance it is totally deserved. Edward and Cindy from Car Care Voucher went out of their way to sort out my claim - and have my car repaired - in ONE day! Communication was clear, quick and they made me feel genuinely cared for. Dealing with an insurance matter is at best a schlepp. Edward and Cindy changed my view on that, at least for today. Thank you, both.

Essential Extended Warranty for a Second Hand Vehicle
I highly recommend Car Car Vouchers. We bought an extended warranty for my son's car in September last year, and upon servicing the vehicle, found that there were a few issues that needed seeing to. I contacted them, took the vehicle to an RMI recommended workshop. They handled the whole issue for me, and we received approval within a few days. I'd like to point out that one mustn't just assume that things will be approved. You need to make sure your service history is up to date and that the cause of the issue is according to their policy standard. I'm so grateful we took this warranty on the vehicle. Thank you so Edward and the team.

Exceptional
Exceptional,I have some bad experiences with warranty by other companies but this was different,they were quick and friendly.They kept there promise when it came to there policy,will recommend them anytime.

Warranty Claim
The service we have received really exceeded our expectations. From logging the claim the process is straightforward . Less paperwork , the claims department is prompt, professional and eager to help. Once all necessary info is handed they took less than a day to approve the claim. This blew my mind as its usually not like that with other service providers. We appreciate the promptness , thank you

BRAVO! One would expect vehicle repairs to be a stressful and expensive exercise, but CCV its staff and those of the repair centre they made use of, made it a very pleasant and stress free experience. My vehicle was repaired professionally by professionals, fully paid for by CCV. From fault finding and diagnosis to receiving my car back fully repaird, in less than 2 days!!
