Have a finance contract with Wesbank since 7 January for my brand new Nissan vehicle. The vehicle is faulty and Wesbank initially agreed that I am within my CPA rights to get a full refund for the vehicle. They have suddenly stopped responded to phone calls and emails. How does one sort things amicably when nobody responds?
Does not even deserve a 1 star. Disgusted in the horrific service I have received since January. They sold me a faulty car and now refuse to refund me for the faulty vehicle even though I am within my full CPA rights. I have been ignored for weeks obtained no response from anyone at the Milnerton dealership and now Nissan head office too. False information has also been given about my vehicle which is extremely alarming.
Second review being written as i have made 0 progress with my faulty Nissan magnite, purchased on the 7 jan 2026. The dealership does not respond to emails or phone calls. I have had no response to emails in over a month and the manager is always unavailable every time I phone. They have had 3 months to reach out, collect the car, try and fix the car or even just look at the car, but not once have they done this. I have had to beg them for any sort of help. I have stated my CPA rights and have requested/demanded a new replacement vehicle as there has been no effort to try and fix the vehicle. I have yet to have a response from anyone at the dealership.
I purchased a brand new car from Nissan Milnerton dealership and unfortunately experienced faults while driving the vehicle (the screen is faulty and has almost caused multiple accidents as well as the car ignition turning off while driving.) Despite raising the issue promptly, the company has taken no responsibility and has been unwilling to resolve the problem with any urgency. This has been extremely disappointing, especially given the expectation of quality and after-sales support when buying a new vehicle. I would strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious and to ensure everything is documented before purchasing. The car still does not have a registered license plate - iv been given 2 temporary license plates but no update on when my license plates will arrive. I honestly regret buying the car and wish I could return it.
Absa branch Pinelands had 2 people working on a week day. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous and after talking to other customers this is a daily issue. Iv closed my account.
I keep having to battle with Discovery to get bills paid for. I have an on going condition that they have rejected to pay for twice. Not good enough! On top of that, it is so difficult to get through to speak to someone.
