Second review being written as i have made 0 progress with my faulty Nissan magnite, purchased on the 7 jan 2026.
The dealership does not respond to emails or phone calls. I have had no response to emails in over a month and the manager is always unavailable every time I phone.
They have had 3 months to reach out, collect the car, try and fix the car or even just look at the car, but not once have they done this. I have had to beg them for any sort of help.
I have stated my CPA rights and have requested/demanded a new replacement vehicle as there has been no effort to try and fix the vehicle. I have yet to have a response from anyone at the dealership.
