Great warranty aftersale service

Over the Easter weekend my Supa Hot geyser that was installed as an insurance claim bursted, after contacting my insurance company I was told it might be covered by the manufacturer, and on 7 April at around 10 I contacted the manufacturer and was helped without any stories and a claim number was allocated to me. Around 12:45 the contracted plumber came out made a short video of the leak and the geyser was replaced within an hour after they arrived at my house. Thank you for the great afterwards service from the manufacturer as well as the contracter, that didn't install it from the start without any excuse or stories.

Greatest Estate agent - Challen Bischoff

I l've delt with Challen Bishoff from Only-realty Brakpan selling a house from a deceased estate. He was professional in every way, from signing the mandate to showing the house and selling it within a week after giving the mandate. I will definitely use him and the estate agency in future again, without giving a second thought.

Very bad customer service and internet connections

Since 1 Aug I've been battling with a router from an online upgrade, ive done a sim swap and still my line does not connect to the internet, all they say I must wait for the new month, I have over 800 gig data that I cannot use as there I a block on my line that nobody can override. Pathetic I must say, does computers run the world these days can no human override the system? The customer service also said today they will phone me within 30 min, it's been more than an hour and no call was received.

Voda*** service

I did an online ugrade on 29 July 2024, the router and sim did not work. The router was collected and returned to vodacom. After countless calls and even a sim swap. A service call was logged on 1 Aug, and they only followed up the service call on 12 Aug. Today 16 Aug the router showed there is no internet service after countless calls again and a visit to a vodacom shop nobody can help and a service call was logged again, and will only be attended to 24 to 48 hours from Monday 19 Aug, noooooo way I will ever recommend vodacom and will cancel all contracts as they reach the end of the contract

Bad Managemnet

On a busy Friday afternoon they only had one point of sale available, and there were a patron with his shorts so low under his buttocks his underpants hang out, we asked him to pull up his pants as he was in a public area and he refused, we than asked the manager to talk to him, unfortunately did not take his name did not even do an effort to sort it out, I and others patrons left the store and I will never return there although the shop is just around the corner

Memorable Festive holiday

We have been visiting Forever Resorts Warmbath for a number of years, and just came back from another memorable holiday, from the front office, security and to the cleaners at the campsite to the swimming pools and all staff members behind the scenes that you never see, getting the resort to run like a well oiled machine, to the new management team you guys did a great job with all the new features around the resort, thank you again for this Festive holidays, regards The Oosthuizens
