Forever Resorts SA
Based on recent customer reviews, Forever Resorts SA receives sharply divided feedback across its properties, particularly Warmbaths Bela-Bela, Badplaas, Plettenberg Bay, and Swadini. Guests who enjoy positive stays consistently praise the lively pool atmosphere, energetic Fun Zone entertainers, attentive lifeguards, and standout managers who resolve issues personally. However, a recurring theme involves rude reception staff, billing disputes, unresolved refunds, aged and poorly maintained chalets, broken attractions like the wave pool, ablution safety concerns, and weak follow-up on guest complaints, leaving many long-standing patrons feeling let down.

Please inform me why i need to give my home address in order to make a booking reservation. A better answer than what the wonderful receptionist gave me.... And then i was told that i will get the invoice with the banking details now, and i must make a payment in 72 hours, but I'm still waiting for the invoice.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment we received regarding our recent booking. We booked our accommodation well in advance and paid the full amount before December 2025. When we called to confirm our check‑in time, we were unexpectedly told that we needed to pay extra due to “new rates.” This is completely unacceptable, as our booking confirmation clearly stated the rates and the full quoted amount to be paid. In addition, your own booking form specifies that if payment is made in the old year, the new rates do not apply. Despite this, we were still charged an additional R11,400.00, and we were later told to pay a further R8,000.00, which we rightfully refused, as none of this was our fault. To make matters worse, when we arrived at the accommodation, there was no water or electricity for almost the entire week of our stay. We had ongoing issues trying to get basic utilities, which severely impacted our experience. We are extremely disappointed by how this situation was handled. We request that you address this matter urgently and provide a fair resolution for the additional charges and the unacceptable conditions we encountered during our stay.

Christmas Lunch Booking gone wrong after several calls to ensure correct booking. Paul - Financial Manager - what a horrible way to to handle and speak to guests. Your GM was contacted with concern - promised feedback - nothing - no surprise there.

We camped at Forever Resort Bela-Bela from 21–31 December, and what an unforgettable holiday it was! Truly one of those holidays that will stay with us forever. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The cleaning staff really stood out — they didn’t just recognise us around the camp area, but would greet us and even stop for a friendly chat when they saw us at the swimming pools. That personal touch made such a big difference. At the swimming pools, every single lifeguard was amazing. They were friendly, energetic, and genuinely made every swimming experience fun and exciting. The tube rides with the lifeguards were an absolute highlight — so much laughter and fun for everyone! The store and food stalls were also great: friendly service and stocked with everything we needed during our stay. But the biggest highlight for us was definitely the Fun Zone. Eddie, Sydney and Given — you are incredible! We rushed to see them every single day, not only for the competitions but because of the amazing energy and fun they brought. They went out of their way to include everyone — from the youngest children to older kids and even adults. No one felt left out, and the joy they created was contagious. This was truly a holiday we will never forget. We had an absolute blast and will highly recommend Forever Resort Bela-Bela to anyone and everyone looking for fun, family time, and unforgettable memories. 🌟

Hi. I went for a day to warmbaths on the 31 Dec 2025 traveling from 2hrs away. My daughter got badly injured and was promptly seen to by an excellent paramedic on the property. Due to our child's wellbeing, we rushed off at 11.30 or so to obviously take care of her. We phoned warmbaths relating the incident to them and asked if they could allow us to come again even for 1/2 day given the situation as we drove down specifically for this. Pics of the bands were also sent to them. They showed no concern , point blank refused. However the paramedic did a follow up to see how my daughter was. Thanks Tronkie . Much appreciated. True compassion. Big places, making big money with no compassion and total disregard to the visitors that make them a success.

We had the worst experience at Warmbaths Limpopo, Bela Bela. We paid our accommodation on time and in full, we requested a chalet that is near the activities but when we arrived they gave us the furthest one, surrounded by trees and uncut grass, far from other chalets. When we asked for a different one they couldn't assist and said they will refund us, we still haven't received our refund after sending all required documentation. I do not recommend anyone booking there. The accommodation is not worth the amount they charge
