Cancel old rooter and sim swap
Please call me during lunch time from 12 to 13:30. I have received the new rooter and would like to cancel the old one also do a swim swap as well. Thankyou

Why .....
Please inform me why i need to give my home address in order to make a booking reservation. A better answer than what the wonderful receptionist gave me.... And then i was told that i will get the invoice with the banking details now, and i must make a payment in 72 hours, but I'm still waiting for the invoice.

Good shows but ****py service
I am not a happy chappy I have been trying cancel my subscription, but its like getting blood from a stone R 9.00 a day cause it keeps on declining, so i don't even want o know how much has been taken of my bank acc Pretty please, stop now

Please explain to me one thing ... I'm sure there is a few customers that would like to have an answer aswel. Other than cutting cost. Why do you have pharmacist assistants ...? I do understand that we all need to learn, but at least have the same quantity Pharmacists on site as well. You CAN NOT have one pharmacist to sign all scripts off, 3 assistants, in a busy clicks that mainly only to get meds. There is NO customer service. Patients actually end up leaving cause they are feeling to sick to stand and wait for longer than an 1 hour just o get the meds. Surely customer care should come first before profit, or am i stupid one to think like that. Word of mouth is a very strong and honest way of keeping people away. But i have experienced this in more than one Clicks where the front shop is small as a tuck shop, so why do the patients go there. They actually go to collect meds.

The only reason why i am giving 5 stars is cause of the coverage i get. The staff in the call centre is another .... I need to have coffee and cookies when i deal with them. So please ... Once again i am asking.... How long does it take to do a sim swap, i am going for 3 weeks now Please and this time an honest answer. Thank you
