Disney+ Review – Frustrating App Performance
I’ve been having constant problems with the Disney+ app. Not only can I not watch any of the content I’ve downloaded, which defeats the whole purpose of downloading, but the app also buffers excessively even when streaming. This makes using Disney+ extremely frustrating, especially when trying to watch something offline or without interruptions. The app clearly needs major improvements to make downloads functional and streaming smooth. Overall, very disappointed with the experience.

UNAUTHORIZED SUBSCRIPTION
THERE IS AN UNAUTHORIZED DISNEY + MOBILE LOADED ON MY CELLPHONE NUMBER. I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS SINCE DECEMBER TO HAVE IT REMOVE. HOWEVER IT KEEPS RENEWING. MTN *123# SHOW NO SUBSCRIPTION BUT MY DISNEY+ SHOWS MTN MOBILE PLAN. I WANT IT REMOVED AS I DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT. I ALREADY MY OWN DISNEY+ PLAN WHICH IS NOW BLOCKED BY MTN

Disney plus doesnt work at all
Very disappointed, signed up for the mobile plan, and I can't even watch a single movie, keeps bufferin,g and the download isn't even working i want a refund

Disney plus promo ****
I signed up for the R49 per month disney plus promotion. The debit order went out fine for two months but this month Disney plus claims to have tried to debit my account 3 times and now canceled my subscription saying that the transactions declined and there was probably no funds available. There was more than enough funds in my account and I now checked with my bank they have confirmed that there is no declined transactions on my transaction history and it would have show if it did decline.

I did not sign up for anything nor do i have child. But im getting emails saying new sign in. I take that my information is been leaked or used without any consent. Using disney plug server and name total *********. And will follow up with the legal action...

Disney plus stay far away
Stop my subscription but kept deleting my bank account. When I phoned them couldn't find my account. Finally had to change my bank card to stop it

Disney Plus Incompetence
They dont even the single star. I am extremely disappointed with Disney Plus’ service. I have been waiting since the 2nd of August for a refund, and despite repeated assurances that it was “logged” and would take 7–10 days, nothing has been paid back. It has now been 20 days of chasing them, with excuse after excuse and no accountability. Even when I called the call centre, I was told there was no manager available to escalate my issue. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Customers should not have to keep following up for money that rightfully belongs to them. I am disgusted by this service and have decided to cancel my entire subscription. Disney Plus has completely failed in customer care and professionalism.

Cancel my Disney+ subscription On your desktop browser Click the profile icon on the top of the screen Click My Space Click on ‘Help & Settings’ Click on ‘Account Settings’ Click on ‘Cancel’ You will see a pop up displaying the validity of your current subscription. Click on ‘Confirm Cancellation’ You will be redirected to your account showing your subscription has expired, and the date till which it is valid These are the instructions on their webstie - except there is no 'Account Settings" and no 'Cancellation' option displayed. I then cancelled through the chat. They ask mad information e.g. a bank statement to show when and how I paid, but refuse to provide an email to confirm the cancellation, This is a joke. In the US they would get sued to hell for this ****. Hands off Disney - it's a trap!
