Onlyrealty nelspruit, bad experience
Worst experience ever with an agency, paid rent on time for 11 years and they cannot pay back a deposit. Admin staff are ***********, batling for months to get a propper statement out of them. How do you wait for a deposit for 3 months to accumilate when you allready paid it, prohibbiting you from finding another place? No maintenance gets attended to!

Tenant deposits withheld after termination of property management.
I terminated the services of Tebogo Kutumela, an agent associated with Only Realty, after ongoing issues while he managed my Birch Acres property. He collected tenant deposits on my behalf and has refused to return them despite repeated requests. These funds are trust monies and do not belong to him. My follow-ups have been met with threatening responses, which is concerning. This conduct is unprofessional and *********.

Only Realty Coastal - Amazing
I would like to give a shout out to Only Realty Coastal in Port Elizabeth for a job really well done. They act as agents for a house that we rent out and truly go the extra mile. They certainly make sure that the house and garden is in tip top condition when a tenant vacates. Johnathon in the Maintenance Department is such a pleasure to work with, nothing is to much trouble for him. Fred really also goes the extra mile in finding good future tenants.Thank you so much.

Greatest Estate agent - Challen Bischoff
I l've delt with Challen Bishoff from Only-realty Brakpan selling a house from a deceased estate. He was professional in every way, from signing the mandate to showing the house and selling it within a week after giving the mandate. I will definitely use him and the estate agency in future again, without giving a second thought.
