They charge whatever custom duties they want (up to 60%), don't provide an invoice, don't respond to emails or messages, don't return calls, and don't even come down to talk to you when you visit their office in person (they hide behind a security gate). Do not buy from AliExpress because they may use them. No doubt they won't care about this post as well. I'm starting with a massive online campaign, will do everything I can to prevent AliExpress from using them, take it up with SARS, and will also send them a letter of demand.
What everyone else is saying. They don't answer WA, X or the phone. They make up the import duty. They need to be taken to small claims court. This is the type of thing I do, even if it costs me more. The other alternative is that I will drive to their office. Then all hell will break loose. Trust me on the latter.
Dominator Pro gets stuck on a pool step several times during a cleaning cycle, with the wheels spinning. I have to physically move it off the step. There are several complaints on this platform about this exact issue. I have reached out to the main office, but I have not received a response. Perhaps posting it here will effect some action. Not that I expect a solution. If there were, it would be in the manual. Most useless online ticket company and app. I spend more time on the site and app than the run time of 4 shows. Thankfully, I just realised that the date on the receipt and the tickets are different. A difference of a WEEK. Please don't tell me that I should always look at the ticket date. I was unable to transfer the tickets to my wife, so I sent her the receipt ( just in case something happens to me). So let me warn you in advance. In three years, I'm retiring, and I will take you out of business. You're supposed to be an international company???? Is it a GMT misunderstanding on your side?

Well, Clive, the bad news is you have been ****med. They do not have access to your insurance company. To order a flat bed for a car with no damage???? This is how they operate. My son just had a slight bump and tried the same approach. I will be making a complaint with this company and with whatever national association they are affiliated with.
Many reported the same or similar. Phoned to make sure there is stock, no stock, request for refund by emails and phone, no action. I'll phone you back. Useless company. Will be sending them a demand, then Small Claims Court.
Bought from them 14 years ago and still a preferred supplier.
When the product did not meet my expectations, they refunded timeously.
My dad requested that ABSA manages his estate. Yes, Covid had an impact, but more than 30 months later, it is still not winded up. My increasingly frustrated emails are always forwarded to someone "who is now dealing with this". No response.Email upon email. My dad was rather upset with the way they dealt with my mom's small estate and warned me about them. I'm upset that, despite his warning, I submitted to his wishes. Once ABSA received, or is it raided, their share, their due care disappeared. As it stands, never make use of ABSA to manage your estate.
